Welcome to our spacious brick house, ideal for up to 18 guests! With 7 cozy bedrooms (5 on the main level, 2 upstairs) and 3 bathrooms, there's room for everyone. The inviting living room is perfect for gatherings, and a sofa bed offers extra sleeping options. Cook in our fully equipped kitchen with a stylish island, and unwind on the patio with a grill. We've included both professional photos and real-time images from our cleaning team, so you know exactly what to expect. It's the perfect spot for a peaceful getaway!
The space
Guests can enter the house through a digital keypad. There are a few steps to reach the front door. On the right side of the entrance is a patio with table, chairs, and a BBQ grill. Once you get inside the house, you will be welcomed by a relaxing living room with ample amount of seating. On the left is an extra comfortable seating area and a bedroom. Walk straight from the living room and you will reach our kitchen ,staircase, as well as the 4 other bedrooms. Two remaining bedrooms and a bathroom are located upstairs. ***A pack 'n play/travel crib is available upon request.***
Guest access
The house has a digital keypad at the front door which will provide you access to the house. The code will be provided upon check-in. You will have full and private access to the home.
The neighborhood
Our home is located on the West of Columbia near supermarkets, restaurants, and leisure parks. Only 7 minutes to go to Lexington Medical Center and a 10 min drive to Columbia Metropolitan Airport!
Getting around
Uber, Lyft, and other Taxi available, but driving is encouraged!

***A pack 'n play/travel crib is available upon request.*** We require a signed rental agreement and for guest to be 21 years of age to book. If you notify us of your intent to cancel prior to the lapse of the free cancellation period, we will return 97% of your payment. The other 3% will already have been collected by the credit card processing company, and we have no way to return that portion of the payment. We are a pet friendly home. Pets must be crated when they are left unattended in the home. We do not allow pets on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. All pets require a non-refundable pet fee. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. In the event that a security deposit is collected, we will retain all or part of the security deposit to cover any costs associated with additional cleaning due to pets.
Interaction with guests
We like to give our guests maximum privacy, so we offer contact-free check in via a digital door code. Just know that we are only a phone call away if ever the need arises during your stay!
