Although our stay was short it was pleasant, the host and house were accommodating. The house looks exactly like the pics, very spacious. The neighborhood is quiet and close to several restaurants/ downtown. The host responds to any questions/needs in a timely manner. I would stay again & definitely recommend. Ty again
Clean property and lots of kitchen utensils and extra pillows and towels and wash cloths. In other properties I have stayed at there are always Limited towels and I worry about having enough, but there were just tons! I really appreciated that! Bonus is having a washer and dryer! It was wonderful having a total of three bedrooms and two bathrooms for such a reasonable price. That plus having three full size couches meant that our family of five was not piled up on top of each other when we were there LOL. I would definitely recommend this property. Short drive to the zoo and State Museum. No negatives here! Communicative property owner.
This was my second stay at the riverfront and its still a nice out of the way place. Clean and simple, the pool table on the back patio is great for friends to pass some time. I just hope the update the TVs to smart TVs so I could use my firestick or log into my NETFLIX, but that was not a big issue for me.
We were in town for a short stay to attend our son's basic training graduation. The house was a perfect fit for us. It was a short and easy drive over to Fort Jackson. The house was clean and had everything that was advertised. I would definitely recommend a stay here.
I wouApproximately Drive time
This home has everthing we needed to make our visit as comfortable as possible. It was immaculately clean, had every amenity provided and felt much more like home than any hotel possbly could. We would definitely recommend staying at this home for anyone interested in visiting the columbia area.
The house was exactly as advertised and perfect for our 2 night stay for my family. Bathrooms & Bedroom were clean. Kitchen was clean and well stocked. Was close to zoo & museums which were of interest to us. If we get to Columbia again, would definitely stay again.
The stay was good....we were greeted by a raccoon the first night and every night after. The house in general was nice and cozy honestly not like the pictures had shown. The Master Bedroom needed bulbs in the ceiling fan and their were black tiny bugs on the ceiling. The remotes were broken for the TV's causing me to place them over in a plastic bag to keep it from falling apart. The bed was not comfortable and could use a covering to make it more comfortable pillowtops are good..(glad I brought my own). The bathroom was spacious although the toilet you had to hold it down until it flushed, that really became bothersome. The air freshener was a plus it masked the old house scent but after awhile you could smell that old house scent linger. The other 2 bedroom were okay the one beside the Master didn't have a lamp in there so it made it inconvenient to have to get up and down if lights were needed having to turn it on and off. The 3rd bedroom was okay my son was fine as long as he had a T.V to play his game on.The 2nd Bathroom was good it was spacious so that was also a plus....The linen closet was stocked full of towels they were a bit dingy so we had to pick and choose from them(so some of them need to be discarded and changed out). The Kitchen was okay the faucet at the sink was needing some repairs it was a loose, the can openers were broken and rusty. The washer and dryers were dirty so I could not use them. Overall the stay was decent just need some minor changes.
We came from Texas and Alabama the house was great for our group 7 adults slept comfortably. Fully stocked kitchen. They loved playing pool.. Definitely great experience to the hurricane Debby.
It was a nice stay and close to the base that we attended
for graduation. Got to just hang out with our loved one talking ,tv and playing pool. Also , made one of his favorite meals.
Everything was perfect. We loved the house. Played lots of pool and board games. Enjoyed walks to the river walk. Would love to come back when we have more time.
