Rayonnie was a fantastic guest! Communication was smooth from start to finish, and our home was well cared for. The house rules were followed, they left the space in great condition, and they were respectful throughout their stay. There was a piece of furniture that was accidentally broken during the visit; however, Rayonnie notified us right away before checking out, sent photos, and promptly paid for the replacement. We truly appreciated the honesty and responsibility shown. We would be happy to host them again anytime and highly recommend them to other hosts. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐

We had the absolute BEST experience at this Vrbo! My daughter and her friends stayed here for a slumber party, and it was the perfect spot. The home was extremely clean, well-organized, and felt safe and comfortable from the moment we walked in.Everything was exactly as described — no surprises, no issues, no problems at all. The space was perfect for the girls to relax, laugh, and make memories. It had plenty of room and a great layout for a fun but cozy night together.The host clearly takes pride in maintaining the property, and it shows. Great place, great location

This place was exactly as described and was very comfortable. Very close to downtown, we were able to walk to the nearby restaurants. Could have done without the neighbors dog that barked throughout the night but it was still a pleasant stay and will definitely reach out to Tyler when needed again

Great Spot for a Quick Visit

Myself and two of my kids stayed at this property while in Lafayette for a baseball game and a comic con. The house is wonderfully maintained and cozy. You do have to deal with a train that runs near by but the hosts does provide ear plugs if you wish to use them. I would stay at this property again.

Property was beautiful and clean. Very easy to access. Very spacious. Bed were uncomfortable and I would recommend darkening curtains in the bedroom because of the streets lights around light up the rooms at night.

This is a cute little bungalow that is cozy and was very clean!Pros: Amazing soaking bath tub, super comfy bed, off street parking, convenient location, kuerig coffee maker and sugar/creamer provided, good communication with the host.Cons: the interior needs to be freshened up a bit, the rock driveway makes it difficult to roll a suitcase and there are 4 or 5 stairs as well, pretty loud area(just bring a sound machine!), there was no ice or water so bring your own or Door Dash it, the check in code doesn't change between guests which as a single woman traveling alone, is terrifying.Overall, this was a nice stay, I would just hope that the host will consider changing the check in code for each guest.

This property is adorable, beds are very firm and comfortable. Well maintained inside. Had basic utensils and cookware. The down side is night life. It was a lot of people racing up and down the street. Groups of people in the street till almost 3 both morning. Parking is 2 cars, because street parking is consumed by the mechanic next door.

Little Gem in Lafayette!

This house was just perfect for our stay in Lafayette for Mardi Gras! It’s a 1950s era bungalow lovingly restored and in an ideal location. Walk to the parade routes and also to downtown’s shopping and restaurants. There is a train that passes nearby, but it never seemed to bother us. There is also no dishwasher, so keep up with cleaning the dishes or bring disposable (and recyclable) items. We also enjoyed the side deck and backyard with a high fence for privacy and string lights made everything feel festive. Overall, a wonderful stay!

Conveniently Located

Looks new and very clean. Uncluttered but surprisingly has everything you need from coffee maker to bath bombs. The owner was very gracious to work with and even suggested places to go for dinner. The town has a young laid-back personality and overall good vibe. The food and bar options within a 5 minute walk are outstanding. We heard the train go by but after a couple times it was no longer distracting. Great deck to sit out in privacy and enjoy the morning newspaper and cup of Joe. Two minute walk to wonderful coffee and danish shop. I could go on but you probably get the idea by now. Our party of 6 slept very comfortably. The person I bought the home from inherited it from his late mother who purchased it in the 1950s as a single mom, which was unheard of then! For years he had people begging him to sell it to them. I was honored when he choose to sell his beloved family home to me because I promised him that I would restore it to something beautiful again. Upon completion, I gave the previous owner and his siblings a tour and they absolutely adored it.
