Townhome is 3 miles from downtown, 2.5 miles from Cajun Dome. You will have your own 2 car parking on premises. The space I have taking much pride in making each room with essentials that I look for when booking my own airbnb. Such as the bedroom with the extra TV(located upstairs), Ceiling fans and Black-out curtains in all bedrooms. Cozy fenced in private patio. Front door parking for 2 cars. Guest access Entire home, 2-car driveway and back patio. Other things to note Please do not use the fireplace.
My family and I needed a place to stay for the weekend to attend preview day at the University of Louisiana. The location was only 10 minutes away, and was also close to shopping, food and entertainment. The home had everything we needed for our family. Would stay here again .
Very comfortable area, quiet, spacious, close to everything. I would definitely stay again. Really enjoyed my stay which is my 2nd stay. Owner is very nice and helpful. Thanks
The property was very clean and roomy. Amenities were great. the host was great. The property was centrally located near shops and restaurants. I also loved Moncus Park. A must see park if you have kids. They also have catch and release fishing. Lafayette is a great get away from the congestion of the big cities..
The stay was good! The kitchen was small but nice! The patio furniture could have been washed down and patio swept. The bedrooms were very nice, but there was cat or dog hair on the bathroom floor and rug! Other than that, the stay was nice.
Enjoyed the few days we stayed. Unfortunately, Hurricane Beryl drove us home. A few problems were addressed quickly. Connie was an excellent communicator.

The property was as listed, quaint, cozy and easy to get to; within minutes of our family. The host quickly fulfilled a request we made. We will be requesting another stay at this property in the future.
Connie, the host, had great communication, the listing was accurate, and the property was nice. The listing says only 2 cars can park, it is absolutely true. No street parking and the neighbors are not forgiving.
I was born in New Mexico. My family moved to New Iberia when I was 16 in 1976. I moved to Lafayette in 1993. I love Acadiana and all it has to offer. I own a Home Inspection company and a Pest Control company. I enjoy festivals and boating. Also love spending time with my grandkids.
