Townhome is 3 miles from downtown, 2.5 miles from Cajun Dome. You will have your own 2 car parking on premises. The space I have taking much pride in making each room with essentials that I look for when booking my own airbnb. Such as the bedroom with the extra TV(located upstairs), Ceiling fans and Black-out curtains in all bedrooms. Cozy fenced in private patio. Front door parking for 2 cars. Guest access Entire home, 2-car driveway and back patio. Other things to note Please do not use the fireplace.
This was a very nice townhouse, with a great location on the westside of Lafayette. The neighborhood was very quiet which was also a plus.Above all else, the host, Connie, was extremely helpful, providing a lot of information on music events, festivals, antique shops and restaurants for both Lafayette, and a number of the small towns near Lafayette.I definitely plan on staying at Connie's townhouse when I visit Lafayette again next year.
We came up for family weekend at ULL. The place was perfect and in a great location not too far from ULL and restaurants. The condo was perfect, well stock kitchen, beds were so comfortable and pillows too. I will definitely rent this again. Connie, was easy to communicate with and responded quickly to any questions I had. We had a blast thanks for sharing your place with us.
We had a horrible experience, our host double booked her property. We booked and paid in February of 2025 and the other couple booked in September of 2025, but just because they got to the property before us they got to stay. The host was rude, didnât care that we had nowhere to stay with us there to celebrate our grandchildrenâs birthdays and didnât try to help us try to find somewhere to stay. She said what do you want me to do about it.We didnât know the area and there was 5 of us with food, games, gifts and luggage so there was no way we could stay in a hotel. Our grandchildren had been looking forward to this trip for months and was so excited only getting to the property and not be able to get in.Thank goodness for the Vrbo representative, who stayed on the phone with us for hours and finally found us a place to stay at 11pm.
The property was as listed, quaint, cozy and easy to get to; within minutes of our family. The host quickly fulfilled a request we made. We will be requesting another stay at this property in the future.
The property was very clean and roomy. Amenities were great. the host was great. The property was centrally located near shops and restaurants. I also loved Moncus Park. A must see park if you have kids. They also have catch and release fishing. Lafayette is a great get away from the congestion of the big cities..
Connie, the host, had great communication, the listing was accurate, and the property was nice. The listing says only 2 cars can park, it is absolutely true. No street parking and the neighbors are not forgiving.
My family and I needed a place to stay for the weekend to attend preview day at the University of Louisiana. The location was only 10 minutes away, and was also close to shopping, food and entertainment. The home had everything we needed for our family. Would stay here again .
Enjoyed the few days we stayed. Unfortunately, Hurricane Beryl drove us home. A few problems were addressed quickly. Connie was an excellent communicator.

Very comfortable area, quiet, spacious, close to everything. I would definitely stay again. Really enjoyed my stay which is my 2nd stay. Owner is very nice and helpful. Thanks
The stay was good! The kitchen was small but nice! The patio furniture could have been washed down and patio swept. The bedrooms were very nice, but there was cat or dog hair on the bathroom floor and rug! Other than that, the stay was nice.
I was born in New Mexico. My family moved to New Iberia when I was 16 in 1976. I moved to Lafayette in 1993. I love Acadiana and all it has to offer. I own a Home Inspection company and a Pest Control company. I enjoy festivals and boating. Also love spending time with my grandkids.
