Charme ensoleillée 3 chambres, 2 salles de bain maison avec une vue à vol d'oiseau du Promontoire de Marin. Le décor est décontracté Californie avec beaucoup d'œuvres d'art originales, la lumière vive, plan d'étage ouvert et joliment meublées. La maison est très ouverte, très propre.

Il ya une chambre de maître avec un lit queen size et salle de bains attenante. La deuxième chambre a un lit de taille avec vue sur la colline. Troisième chambre est une belle salle de lecture tranquille avec un lit de repos qui fait dans un grand lit.

Belle cuisine gastronomique avec des comptoirs en granit, superbe évier agricole et cuisinière professionnelle Heartland. La cuisine est bien équipée avec des ustensiles de cuisine et vaisselle. Enrouler autour de pont avec repas en plein air et un bain à remous.

Situé dans un quartier très calme serein.

Accueil se trouve à 6 minutes en voiture du centre-ville de Mill Valley, à 10 minutes à Sausalito et le Golden Gate Bridge., 30 minutes à Stinson Beach et à 45 minutes en voiture du coeur de la région viticole.

Warm and cozy retreat

Melodi’s home was very comfortable, lots of room for my wife and I and two adult children, wonderful views down the hill and across to the valley too! It is immaculate with two bathrooms and three bedrooms and all the conveniences of home you could ask for. Downtown Mill Valley is a short car ride, there was easy parking at the house for our car and the decks are spacious with plenty of chairs, lounges, and a dining table. We would suggest this home to anyone.

Exquisite Escape

Nestled in the hills of Mill Valley, this lovely home is everything we hoped for--and more. The decoration is exquisite, with many artistic touches. The lovely, wrap-around deck is great for relaxation and for stunning views. Melodi is magnificent. She is welcoming, kind, and helpful in every possible way. Beautiful Home

Melodi's home was wonderful and well equipped to accommodate our needs. A most gracious host, Melodi was incredibly responsive to any questions we had during our 2 week stay. The home offers beautiful views from the living room, a gorgeous deck with lots of privacy, 3 spacious bedrooms, and a well-designed kitchen with all of the appropriate equipment and utensils to prepare any meal. Family Holiday

My family and I recently stayed at this wonderful home during the Christmas holiday. This home is everything and more. Not only was it impeccable clean and tastefully decorated, but our hostess, Melodi was equally wonderful. As the weather was raining and cold, she kept us informed of the road conditions near her home and met us upon our arrival. The kitchen was well stocked and the bathrooms had the coolest showers and deep bathtub. There were a few days where we didn't even leave the house. The house has many windows and we loved the sunlight coming in during the mornings. The view from the front deck was amazing. The yard and decks were very well kept. It was so wonderful to sit outside and have coffee in the morning. The jacuzzi was very clean and worked well. This is the first property I've rented where everything worked! We were sad to leave but so happy that we found this gem. It made our family holiday that much better. We'll be back again. Thanks Melodi! We hope to see you soon.

Serene retreat with European flair

Our family of 5 (2 adults, 3 children ages 10 and under) stayed for a week at this beautiful, peaceful, well-equipped home. The neighborhood was lovely, the beds were comfy, and we lacked absolutely nothing. Melodi is a gracious host and went out of her way to make sure that we were comfortable and that everything was working out well. The house is beautifully decorated in relaxing colors which showcase Melodi's artistic eye. We enjoyed the hot tub nearly every day and had fun exploring the neighborhood. Don't miss the walk up the hill behind the house to an undeveloped site with a 360 view! Thank you, Melodi, for a great stay. We hope to be back!

Perfect escape from the nearby City

This was the most perfect stay in every way. Situated only 10 mins from the Golden Gate bridge and the city of San Francisco. High up in beautiful Mill Valley, the house is well positioned for walks and hikes in the surrounding areas or an easy drive to Muir Woods, Stinson Beach and beyond to wine country. Melodi warmly welcomed us and showed us around. The house is stunning and we wanted for nothing. The garden,balcony and hot tub are so inviting that we actually spent more time at the house than we planned as the weather was perfect! I would highly recommend this property and would love to visit again...

My family of five (2 adults and 3 kids) enjoyed a lovely stay at Melodi's home over the winter holidays. We would definitely stay here again! The home is very well maintained and clean. The house is also well-equipped and makes for a most comfortable stay! It is located in a great neighborhood and is close enough to San Francisco but far away enough to enjoy a quiet night at home. If you're considering a trip to the Bay Area, I would wholeheartedly recommend Melodi's home. It is a real gem!

Wonderful and relaxing stay

I recently spent a week at this lovely property. Two sisters and a friend joined me and we were all very happy with the location and the comfortable and well appointed home. We cooked in Melody's great kitchen, enjoyed a few dips in the hot tub, appreciated the clean and comfortable beds and beautiful baths. Best of all we were able to travel both out to hiking and in to the city. We only went into the city one day though, as the local hiking and peaceful surrounds suited us most. Thank you Melody for making things work smoothly for our great holiday.

Wonderful Home and Location

This home was just perfect for our stay and Melodi was a great host. I have used many VRBO homes over the years and this was one of my best experiences. While most homes seem to have the bare minimum with necessities, this home had EVERYTHING you could possibly need or want. The kitchen is well-stocked with appliances and all of the basic food needs (spices, flour, sugar, etc...). The house also uses it's space very well. I stayed here with my two four year olds and we had plenty of space to play. The location is also wonderful. Only a few minutes from Mill Valley town center and the you can't beat the views.

Excellent Homebase

This home was a great location for our daily excursions and was a warm, comfortbale hombase to come home to each night. Melodi was a very gracious host and made us feel right at home. She obviously has put alot of effort into her home. The house has wonderful light, great views, calming colors and all of the amenities you would want. It has a very relaxing atmosphere, just what you want on vacation. It is also in an excellent location for many sightseeing adventures. The GG Bridge is 10-15 minutes away, Sausolito is 10 minutes, 15 minutes to Muir Woods and 30 minutes to Wine Country. I highly recommend this property!

Perfect location, home, and setting

Our family of 4 stayed in this lovely home for one week while visiting from Chicago. We were absolutely charmed by the location, views, the owner's impeccable taste, and central location to all of our outings. The home is perched atop a beautiful mountain neighborhood with stunning views from decks which wrap around the house. The home was luxurious but cozy, bright, spotless, and peaceful. I cannot recommend this home enough, and hope to return. No detail was spared to make our stay comfortable, pampered, and private. Our only disappointment was not getting to meet the lovely owner oursevles, as she was out of town. The hot tub was an extra bonus; we all enjoyed soaking after days of sightseeing and hiking. The home is even more lovely in person--very spacious and flooded with light. Perfection!

Location and Charm

The perfect vacation location, the home is just north of the Golden Gate and close to all scenic attractions in Marin County. The home itself is immaculate, comfortable and charming to the point that my wife took more photos of the property than anything else. We wish we could have stayed longer than 6 days, but hopefully will be back. Thanks Melodi.

fantastic for a family!

This elegant, charming home was perfect for our family of four. The photos do not do the place justice. It was immaculate, well lit, and the kitchen was a joy to use. The view was breathtaking in fog and in sun. The owner was extremely helpful upon our arrival. I highly recommend this property - it is a much better alternative that the hotels/motels in the area.

Wonderful House

This is a lovely house on a very attractive, quiet hilltop in Mill Valley. The interior is calmly pretty and comfortable without being fussy, and very clean. The many windows and French doors provide lots of light, as well as great views of the flower-filled deck gardens and the Marin Headlands, and one can find sun on at least one deck area at any point in the day. Granite and limestone in the kitchen and baths will make the higher-end traveler feel at home. The house is very well-equipped, with spacious rooms, wood floors, and a large, very inviting hot tub. There's a nice kitchen if you like to cook while on vacation, and a big gas grill. Whole Foods and Safeway are five minutes by car, and there are lots of restaurant choices within a ten minute drive. You'll be well located if you want to visit both San Francisco and Mt. Tam and other natural areas during your visit. Melodi, the owner, is totally nice -- you'll want to have her over for dinner the next time she visits your area! I would recommend this property to anyone able to handle the three or four steps down to access the deck from the rear, or the thirteen or so steps up from the parking area. (the house itself is all on one floor), and am afraid it will be all booked up if we ever have a chance to return!

The house is conveniently located to the Highway, San Fransisco, Whole Foods, quaint downtown Mill Valley.

The house is in a very quiet neighborhood that is great to walk around. It is also in a banana belt so if there is sun the property gets it. The house sits just above the fog line.

The house is very clean and soothing to be in. There is lots of room on the wrap around deck to sit, read, nap, etc.
