With 2 bedrooms plus a generous loft space, this cabin comfortably sleeps 8 people, with the loft making a perfect hideaway for kids to enjoy. There is a deck with a grill, as well as a screened-in porch, providing comfort all day long while enjoying the lake views.

The location is the perfect spot for swimming, boating and s'mores around the campfire in the summer, while also conveniently located for skiing and snowmobiling in the winter – being only a short drive to several Adirondack High Peaks, 45 minutes to Gore Mountain and one hour to Lake Placid. There is one dedicated dock space allocated to this property for up to a 21' boat from approximately mid-May through mid-September. The Schroon Lake public boat launch is a one minute drive up the road and is open during the summer months.

The property is a two minute drive or a 15 minute walk to downtown Schroon Lake, with all conveniences including two pubs, a Tops grocery store, a movie theatre, top quality coffee and local shopping.

The kitchen is well stocked with a large oven/cooktop and plenty of pots and pans to make cooking at home an ease. All beds come with linens and bath towels. The house is also equipped with a washer and dryer and a portable A/C unit in the loft.

The property is part of a homeowners association and requires a signed liability waiver to ensure all renters are aware of the communal property rules (all rules are basic respectful property requests).
