This spacious first-level layout of the Pirates Cove features an inviting open-concept design that seamlessly blends the living, dining, and kitchen areas. The living room is cozy yet spacious, perfect for relaxing or entertaining, and flows directly into the dining area, making gatherings and mealtime a breeze. The modern kitchen, equipped with sleek appliances and ample counter space, overlooks both the dining area and the inviting porch, creating a perfect setup for both indoor and outdoor living. The sliding glass doors off the dining area provide easy access to the porch, ideal for al fresco dining, morning coffee, or enjoying the fresh air.
Second Level of the Home:
The second level of the Pirates Cove offers a tranquil retreat with its well-appointed master suite and additional bedroom. The master bedroom serves as a peaceful sanctuary, featuring generous space, soft natural light, and a private en-suite bath. The bath is a luxurious haven. The second bedroom features a queen sized bed with the third bedroom has a bunk bed with a twin on the top.
PARKING
- NO TRAILERS of any kind are permitted on the Indigo Reef property.
BOATS & TRAILERS
- If you are bringing a boat & trailer you will want to make storage arrangements prior to arrival with one of the local companies.
- Your rental does include a boat slip with a maximum vessel length of 31'

This is a trailer storage option and located directly across the street from the Indigo Reef Community. Please call for pricing and make arrangements ahead of arrival.

This is a trailer park option with a vacant lot located at the end of 69th Street. Pricing is $100 per week or $200 per month.
••• Max occupancy is the number of occupants the City allows and does not guarantee beds for that number. Please read the bed description thoroughly. This home has a maximum occupancy of 8 guests however we do have additional guest fees for parties over 6 in the amount of $15+ tax/night per each additional guest. This includes children and infants.
••• Rentals are Saturday - Saturday during Peak and Holiday season, 7-night minimum.
••• If you plan on docking a boat, ensure to verify first that your boat will be able to dock appropriately. Should you notice a boat lift, be advised that it is not for guest use.
••• This home is pet friendly with a non-refundable pet fee of $250+ tax per pet, per week. We regret to inform you that we cannot accommodate cats.
••• Special Reminder: This property has exterior video cameras.
••• The Indigo Reef HOA requires all vehicles and boats to be registered with their office in order to park on site. The current cost for vehicle parking passes are $10 per pass (maximum of 2 per villa), and $25 per boat pass. Please include your vehicle & boat counts when making the reservation. Guests are responsible to replace lost or damaged passes. Please reach out to our office if you need to make any adjustments to your pass requests.
