Marlin House 52: Gated Luxury Villa w/ Dockage, Sunset Views and Pool

Welcome to the Marlin House (52). This stunning 3 bed, 3 bath luxury villa is located in the premier gated community of Indigo Reef. Immediate boat access to the Gulf of Mexico and Atlantic Ocean. 31' dockage included (trailer parking located across the street for a nominal charge at the Moose Lodge). Upon entry, you'll appreciate the professionally decorated open floor plan that expands through the gourmet kitchen/dining area, family room and into the outdoor covered lanai. Kitchen includes all of the amenities you'll need including Margaritaville Blender, Ice Cream Maker, Bread Maker, Keurig, Ninja coffee bar, crockpot and new stainless steel appliances. Three private bedrooms and two full bathrooms are located on the second floor each with direct deck access. Beds include Brooklinen Luxe Core line sheets and duvet covers. Sleeps 8. Enjoy happy hour on one of 3 spacious decks and grill your catch as you watch the sunset. 24/7 access to the owners should you need anything. The Marlin House is new to the rental market so don't be alarmed with the lack of reviews. Book now before it's too late!

We have been traveling to Indigo Reef for many years with family. Now that we have kids of our own this villa hit all the check marks, bunk beds with trundle a hit, everything you could ever need or want on vacation this place had it! Well decorated and clean like I would have my own home. WE loved every minute of our time spent, we will be back!

We had a great time at Marlin House! I have stayed at several vacation rentals and the kitchen was probably the best stocked with plenty of dishes, pans, bowls, and utensils. The sunset views were great and the ease of getting our boat in and out was great. Our family loved the huge pool! Oh and the beds were comfortable as well!

The place was absolutely gorgeous- I never and I mean never write reviews. But in this case I had to Owners were great and responded with any questions me or the family had Location is great - it’s the jewel of Key Marathon in my option, Unit was declared to perfection and they fought of everything We felt like home only this place was sitting on an ocean and gulf. Pool was enormous and prefect- workout area was good for my needs. Check in easy checkout easy !!!!!!We are definitely renting from John and Wendy again You wound not be disappointing yourself or your significant other/ family One of our best vacations ever and it was centered around this property Hoosier Hospitality

Beautiful vacation villa in Marathon!

Our family really enjoyed our stay at this property. It has amazing water views and the villa provided everything we needed for a great stay. Highly recommend, we would stay here again.

Lovely home

The townhome was lovely. Well maintained with many special touches for guests. The townhome complex was very nice with a large pool and great setting on the gulf.

Great vacation

Perfect views!

Enjoyed another wonderful stay at the Indigo Reef! Many wonderful sunsets! The pool was gorgeous with beaches within a minute drive...the house was beautiful furnished & a perfect getaway with family! Definitely be back!

Relax with your boat

The Florida Keys are magnificent!! So it is fitting to have a magnificent place to stay. This property is all you need to have a great vacation with your boat just steps away!!

Great Location & Perfect Views

We had an amazing experience at this property. The manager/owner was quick with any responses we needed and made it a super smooth process. The location for boating is perfect! We could see our boat from the villa, short distance to the pool and the best sunset views. We will be staying there again.

Wonderful Stay

We had the best week in the Marlin house. It was everything we needed and more! Perfect location, very well kept, amazing sunsets. John and Wendy were extremely easy to get in touch with if we needed anything. I highly suggest! We plan to go back as soon as we can!!
