1st Level of the Home:
Indigo Reef Homes is laid out beautifully with a deck, fully equipped kitchen, living room, and dining plus a guest bath on the first level. The living room opens up to a large porch overlooking the Gulf of Mexico providing truly stunning sunset views.
2nd Level of the Home:
On the second level, the master suite is furnished with a king-size bed and ensuite master bathroom. Step out of the master bedroom and onto the second-story balcony overlooking the Gulf as well. There are two more bedrooms on the second level featuring a queen-sized bed and two twin-sized beds plus an additional guest bathroom. The laundry area is located upstairs as well.

This home has a maximum occupancy of 8 guests however we do have additional guest fees for parties over 6 in the amount of $15+ tax/night per each additional guest. This includes children and infants.

••• This home is pet friendly with a non-refundable pet fee of $250+ tax per pet, per week. We regret to inform that we cannot accommodate cats.

"We visit the keys every year and this home was one of our favorites and perfect for our family. We especially loved all of the electronic upgrades in this home. We had a small issue with anb lock malfunctioning but the management was quick to respond and fix our issue. We'd love to stay here again!"
