Key Features:
**Luxurious 50 Jets Hot Tub**: Immerse yourself in our spacious hot tub designed for seven with personalized jet controls, offering panoramic views of mountains and the George Washington National Forest; and a majestic sunrise. Your safety is our top priority. We're committed to strict cleanliness measures, sourcing pristine water from Mt. Jackson, and recycling every two weeks to ensure a worry-free experience.
Exciting news—hot tub access is entirely optional, and here's the best part: we're currently waiving the usual $80 maintenance fee for stays longer than two days or until we hit 25 five-star reviews.
**Elegant Accommodation**: This majestic retreat provides you with three bedrooms (sleeps 8- 1 king, two queens, one bunk bed), two full bathrooms (master has Jacuzzi tub and shower), one-half bath, one sleeper sofa (additional sleeping space), dining room, kitchen (with washer and dryer), living room, one porch, two decks. There is a charcoal grill and a fire pit in the spacious yard.
**Gourmet Kitchen**: The kitchen is fully equipped with a six-person farm table (expandable). You’ll have everything you need to cook a holiday meal, bake cupcakes, or just make coffee + toast and use the microwave for simple reheating. The refrigerator is big enough to hold enough food for a big family. Plus we have an energy-efficient dishwasher for easy clean up. We provide a blender, rice cookers, air fryers, pots, pans, dishes and all utensils.
Coffee. We provide a couple of different ways to make coffee. We have a hybrid coffee machine that you can use as a drip machine, or use your coffee pods.
Complementary spices, all sheets and towels, and kitchen utensils are provided for no additional fee.
**Firepit Magic**: There's a metal fire pit to build small campfires in the side backyard. We provide complementary firewood, which sometimes could get wet or could be temporarily out of stock. So, to be on the safe side, we suggest bringing a bundle of your firewood. We also have plenty of dried logs lying on the ground. Please feel free to chop them if you plan to bring your axes.
**River Adventures**: The Shenandoah River beckons adventure enthusiasts with its proximity, offering opportunities for rafting, boating, and canoeing just moments away.
Shenandoah River Outfitters:
Less than 8-minute drive is the Shenandoah River Outfitters. Here you can rent tubes, canoes, or kayaks to float down the river. They handle everything including life preservers, floating coolers, and transportation to and from the river.
If you have your equipment to float, you can drop it off at the public boat landing just a 4-minute drive from the property, and get out at another public boat landing almost 2 miles away. These are the same public boat landing spots that Shenandoah River fitters use to drop off and pick up its customers.
**Entertainment**:
The house has high-speed Starlink satellite WiFi access. Lounge inside to check your email and catch up on videos, or hang out on the deck while researching cool hikes online. Our 55-inch flat smart TV sits on an electric fireplace. You can watch unlimited shows and movies using your Netflix account, or sign in to any of your accounts to watch what you want (NFL, NHL, HBO, MLB, iTunes, Hulu, etc).
**Hiking Haven**: Lace up your boots and explore the nearby forest trails, uncovering hidden gems and reconnecting with nature's wonders.
Our property borders with George Washington National Forest. We don't have a private trail yet to connect our property with the forest, so we suggest using nearby trails for your hike. The Stephens Trail Hike offers panoramic views of the Shenandoah Valley along the Massanutten Mountain ridge line, ending at the stunning panoramic Kennedy's Peak tower. It's a really fun hike (our favorite) with lots of chances to see wildlife. The Indian Grave Ridge trail is the closest one (less than a 5-minute drive from our property). Other trails to consider: (i) Lions Tale Trailhead ( 15 miles), (ii) Kennedy Peak Trailhead (13 miles). Hawksbill Loop Trailhead, Luray, VA 22835 (1 hr)
**Kid stuff:
Because you're probably traveling with enough stuff already, we do have a playground with swings and slides, a high chair, a Pak n' Play, and plastic eating dishes for small kids.
** BBQ: We have a Monument gas grill with plenty of fuel. Have fun cooking. We have metal skewers and all the tools you need.
Additional Notes:
** For each additional guest beyond six, there will be an additional charge of $30 per day.
**Waiver of liability for use of the hot tub
The guests agree to use extreme caution and care in the hot tub on the premises and to pay any repair charges for damage to the hot tub and/or property caused by the guests. Guests further agree that everyone using a hot tub will shower and clean their feet upon the use of the hot tub.
You must take a shower before entering the hot tub and follow all spa rules posted on the deck before entering the tub. No glasses, metal, or food are allowed in the hot tub. If the water level is low, please do not add outside well water as it contaminates the hot tub's water. The hot tub must be covered when not in use.
We usually charge $80 per stay for hot tub usage, which we are waiving until we reach 25 five-star reviews. So, we request you to leave us a review after your stay or share your feedback/suggestions/concerns via the VRBO messaging system/ phone call/email to enjoy this promotional offer.
