The Space:

Cold mountain air drifts through the trees as evening settles, and steam rises from the hot tub while the sky darkens over the Shenandoah Valley. Inside, the glow from the wood stove reflects off tall windows, creating a warm, inviting space to unwind after a day outdoors. Mornings arrive quiet and bright, coffee in hand, with views that remind you how far you are from the rush of everyday life. The two‑story great room gathers everyone under one bright roof, framed by large windows that showcase the surrounding landscape.



Sleeping Arrangements

The chalet sleeps up to six guests across three bedrooms. Bedroom 1 features a king bed. Bedroom 2 holds a full bed, has no door but remains a quiet, private sleeping space. Bedroom 3 includes a full bed. All beds are provided as described, with no conversion of sizes.



Bathrooms

Two bathrooms serve the home; one includes a bathtub. Bathroom essentials are supplied for your stay.



Living Space

A wood stove anchors the living area, offering extra warmth during cooler months. Electric heating and air conditioning keep the interior comfortable year‑round. A TV and sound system provide easy evenings in.

Water & Cleaning Note

Tap water may appear yellow or light brown because of natural iron and manganese; it is safe to drink, though a slight sulfur smell can occur. We recommend bringing bottled water. Our cleaning team sweeps the deck, stairs, and walkways before each arrival, but leaves from trees, pollen, or similar natural elements may still be visible, especially in certain seasons.
