PET FRIENDLY WITH STIPULATIONS
We welcome well-trained dogs to stay in this home. We require that your dog be completely potty trained and prefer dogs older than 2 years old. Crate Trained pups are preferred to deter mischievous behavior while you and your party are enjoying the beach. It is understood that while we do allow dogs with the mentioned stipulations any damages that occur during your stay will be charged to the credit card on file with the minimum fee being $350.00.

INITIAL SUPPLIES - UPON ARRIVAL
Panhandle Getaways furnishes a few essential items for guests to utilize until they can get to the grocery store. Initial Supplies include: Dishwasher soap, small washing machine powder, each bathroom has amenities (like hotel but NOT restocked) shampoo, conditioner, soap bar. One roll of toilet paper in each bathroom & one paper towel roll in the kitchen. All bed linens & towels are provided. We encourage guests to bring beach towels for use at the pool and beach.

Amazing house

This house was amazing. Everything about it was wonderful. Pool was outstanding and just a few blocks from beach access. Loved it!

Beautiful Home some minor issues

The home is beautiful and we had a wonderful time. There were a few issue that were mostly resolved. The golf cart needs a lot of work done to it but we managed to use it a few times to the beach. The guests before us were not kind to the pool we had to have them out almost everyday. There were no controls for the celling fans, it is either off or full blast that was not ideal when sleeping. It was nice to find there were 2 washer and Dryers one on each floor. The furniture and beds were very comfortable. Over all we enjoyed our stay!

Gorgeous house

Our family booked this trip at the last minute just to get away. The house was way more than our family needed but that’s what happens when you wait until the last minute. We wanted a house that was pet friendly with its own private pool. The house is beautiful with so much room. The pool was wonderful. The golf cart was also great for getting around. We did have a flat tire on the golf cart and it took about 24hrs for maintenance to come fix which meant we lost a day of having it. Access to the beach was a straight drive down the street about 4 blocks on the golf cart. Access to the dog beach was further so we had to drive there but plenty of parking. There are 3 identical units right next to each other with their own house, yard, pool and nobody was next to us so that made it very quiet. If someone had been renting the unit directly next to us it may not have felt as private. There is a highway close to the house and lots of noise when outside but not noticeable in the house. Loved our visit!

Great Place to Stay

This property overall was a great place to stay. It’s away from the main strip in a quiet neighborhood. The property is a very short golf cart ride to the beach, and having the six seat golf cart was awesome. The house was large and was great for our family. The one issue we had with the house was the floors were dirty. Our feet were black just from walking around inside the house which doesn’t seem acceptable, being as what the cleaning fee cost for the booking. Other than that, the house was in great condition. The pool and hot tub were great, as well as the covered back patio. Just be aware, the property is close to a busy highway; therefore, there is a good amount of road noise. However, you are unable to hear the noise from inside the house. The property managers were easy to communicate with and quickly resolved the problem of us not having the golf cart key access code.

Just beachin and ballin

Had 8 adults, 3 teenage boys and a preteen girl. Plenty of space to spread out and not feel like everyone was on top of one another. Being able to keep baseball equipment and ballpark gear in the garage freed up space inside. Surprised that both the top and bottom floors have a washer and dryer. That was super unexpected and good to have. (If that was in the house description I just overlooked it) There were some initial issues with getting the golf access code but we were finally able to get that worked out. Also the golf cart charging cable wasn’t working and the company sent someone out to replace. Once all that was taken care of we really enjoyed that the property included a golf cart. It made the short walk to the beach even quicker! Pool with covered patio was great for outdoor living and enjoying being outside when we couldn’t be at the beach. Grilled one night and enjoyed being able to have and use that outdoor space. Beds were comfy and showers were great! Two of the most important things. Outdoor shower and foot rinse were great to have when coming back from the beach. Helped keep sand inside to a minimum. It did take the fridge about 10-12 hours to fully cool and chill the food we stocked it with. Company reassured us that it would cool and it did. Property is also really close to Thomas Donut shop - highly recommend taking advantage of the closeness and enjoying some morning donuts!!!

Lovely brand new home!

The house even still has a brand new smell! It was gorgeous and so clean! The hot tub was cold though and the golf cart battery had an issue, dying even after fully charged to 100%. The mgmt company worked hard to try and rectify the issues and sent repair people for the hot tub, but it was not fixed while we were there. They brought over a working golf cart from next door though and picked us up after we got stranded. So they definitely did their due diligence to make it right!

Great property!

Great place as described!! Home was so clean & felt brand new. The backyard with the pool was so nice & I love that we could bring our dog with us! You can walk to the beach from the property, but the golf cart is nice as it is a long walk. Thanks for a great stay!!

Great house

House seemed to be brand new. Management company left a little to be desired. Had to call for door access, Wi-Fi log in password was incomplete and a brand new Weber gas grill with no propane tank. All in all, a very nice stay as the pool made the difference.
