Oceanview Oasis is located only minutes from the beach! You will be able to sit back and relax in the small private pool with a privacy fence or gather together in the bonus game room! Additionally, you are located in a more residential part of the beach, as there are NO high-rise condos nearby! Allowing you to enjoy the quietness, but still be near all of the local attractions. Additionally, after a long day at the beach, you can rinse off with the outdoor shower.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved the house. It was perfect for our family. I can’t complain about anything with the house. Just perfect. The only complaint is with trash pick up. We were given the schedule and it wasn’t correct. We had three cans and 1 1/2 were full when we got there. We had no place to put trash.

Nice Property

Overall, the house was very nice, and the location was great! Quick, easy walk to the beautiful beach. Our only complaint is that the pool water was cloudy and discolored. Someone came to work on it, but it still did not clear up by the end of our stay. Other than that, we thoroughly enjoyed this property.

New Year's at the Beach

The house is lovely and spacious. Plenty of dishes, bedding was clean, nice that it had soap, shampoo, etc. However there is absolutely no food items in the house... as in bring your own salt shaker. Parking is great, nice neighborhood, short walk to beach. Now for the bad- i opened the dishwasher to find the rack covered in mold. I called and they had someone there within the hour. He put a strong bleach in and it ran for hours and it was clean when it was done. Meanwhile, it used all the hot water. We also reported the upstairs washer didn't work and we had no internet during our stay. But we had plenty of room to stretch out and there was 14 of us and it didn't feel crowded.

A Christmas to Remember

We had an awesome stay at the house over the holidays. Comfortably slept, cooked for and sat for meals with 16 people. The property manager was very responsive. Got back to us very quickly when the initial door code didn’t work. Was also responsive about a couple issues with appliances. This house is just a few minute walk to the beach which we did multiple times each day. I would highly recommend this property.

Thanksgiving at the Beach

It was just the right place for our family with spacious kitchen for cooking big meals, seating for dining, plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. Washer and dryer was a bonus, too. Sheets and towels were good quality and plentiful. We were a party of 11. Great location near so much. Would love to come back in the future but recommend a new dishwasher, extra coffee mugs (microwaveable), faster WiFi, bug extermination, and professionally cleaned furniture

Great Property

My family was extremely pleased with the accommodations for our stay in PCB. The house was everything it was listed as. The communication with the property managers was excellent! I was kept informed and updated throughout my stay. We will definitely rent this property again!

Great beach and community

The location was awesome. Blue swell was super attentive. We did bring more pots and pans, knives, and oven Mitts which was helpful. The pool was small but fine. I loved multiple washers on levels. The matresses were comfy!

Quiet, spacious beach getaway

This place was perfect for our group of 11 (mix of singles and married couples). The location was a very convenient walk to the beach and there were not many people. The bar chairs in the kitchen were unstable, some of the outdoor chairs broken, the pool was not cleaned until the day before we left, and the dishwasher is in desperate need of replacement. However, we were very comfortable with how spacious this property is and the view was beautiful from the third floor. Overall I would recommend this place!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall the house has great space for the money. It's a good layout for large group, especially nice to have the large third floor. Kitchen is nice size large table for dinner or games. There is access to the beach right across street or you can drive down just a bit to a spot on beach with no condos. The downstairs living room furniture desperately needs to be updated. The chairs were discolored from grime and couch sinks in. The barstools were shakey in kitchen and ones outside are unusable. The pool was covered in sand even after cleaner came. But the worst part was we said we were checking out at 10 and at 830 the cleaners entered bedroom where two guests were still asleep.

Spacious home, close walk to the beach

This home was beautiful. Loved the beach themed decorations. There was plenty of room for our group. It has a really nice view of the ocean from the balconies. It was a little too cool when we went to enjoy the small pool but it was still nice to sit around it with our feet in the water while we chatted and hung out. It’s a very short walk to the beach. The area was not crowded out all. Very few people on the beach there and it was during Spring Break so it was nice for us. Almost like our own private beach. The only minor “complaint” that I could think of that would have made it a little better is if they had the bags for the cornhole boards in the back area. We could only find one and it was busted open. I’m sure from previous people that stayed. It wasn’t a huge deal to us and I made management aware. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and definitely recommend Blue Swell. We will be booking with them again.

Privacy was in question due to signs by private pool that said, “Smile- you’re on camera.” Pretty creepy actually. Also did not really appreciate the unannounced “check-in” by management to verify who we were. Everything else was good enough. Overall very underwhelming.2

The big house with a small pool

House is great! Washer and dryers on multiple levels. Rooms were clean, beds were comfortable, and bathrooms were plentiful.

Enough room for extended family

Bug house with room for Extended family to all stay together for thr week. Ample seating for eating meals together. Beach an easy walk across the street.

The amenities were well maintained, except for the pool which was not kept clean and unusable which was bummer for the kids. The support is not there during off hours or holidays. They mentioned to send some folks to clean the pool who never showed up during our stay. Except for that everything was really good. Easy check in and check out and a comprehensive checklist is shared for things to do.

Spacious home , great for a family vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were a group of 13 traveling- grandparents, parents and a couple smaller children. The house is set up with many sleeping arrangements making it great for all ages. We were worried that the beach was not that close but it was an easy walk and no problems. This is on the more quiet side of PCB but we liked that , everything was still close. I would recommend this vacation rental!
