Additionally, after a long day at the beach, you can rinse off with the outdoor shower.

Family vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved the house. It was perfect for our family. I can’t complain about anything with the house. Just perfect. The only complaint is with trash pick up. We were given the schedule and it wasn’t correct. We had three cans and 1 1/2 were full when we got there. We had no place to put trash.

Home away from home

Great property, very close to the beach and has all amenities. Hosts were very friendly and answered all questions. We would love to stay again.

You can not see the beach from the house. The house was nice. It could used some update on painting. There was mold on the shower head on the top floor shower. The outside was not clean. Do not ask for them to come check on the pool. I asked for them to check the pool, it was cloudy and green. He was very pleasant about it and quickly sent the pool company over. I seen the person come over, i seen him place chemicals in the pool and as he was doing other stuff I went upstairs and by the time i came back down he was gone. But apparently he told the owner that we just wanted the pool freshly cleaned. When i came home for our trip i found a charge for an emergency pool cleaning that the owner kindly charged me for, due to his lack of not making sure the pool was clean prior to is coming in. Plus he never disclosed that i would be charged for this service. When i asked him to rectify the charges he would not even consider even listening to what i had to say. It would have nice to have been l told in advance that i would be charged a fee for the service and gave me the option to have them come out or not. I will give them credit for all the beach towels and bath towels that they supplied.

Thanksgiving at the Beach

It was just the right place for our family with spacious kitchen for cooking big meals, seating for dining, plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. Washer and dryer was a bonus, too. Sheets and towels were good quality and plentiful. We were a party of 11. Great location near so much. Would love to come back in the future but recommend a new dishwasher, extra coffee mugs (microwaveable), faster WiFi, bug extermination, and professionally cleaned furniture

Another great stay at this property

We stayed here for the second year in a row last week and loved it again. We had multiple families and never felt cramped. The kids loved the dipping pool and the close proximity to the beach. Overall a great time and we hope to be back next year.

Family oriented

This is an excellent property. Our family ranging from 6 months up to over 55 and there was accommodations for all. Everything you could ever need is in this house. The location to the beach is great. Very short walk.

Perfect venue!

This house and the one directly in front of it make the perfect venue for any events or gatherings where you want the intimacy of a home or bed and breakfast, but the space of a boutique hotel. The location is in a quiet residential neighborhood with no traffic or crowds, yet so close to everything you need. The owners are very accommodating and we're in regular communication for everything we needed. We highly recommend these properties for any large groups or family/work events.

Siblings 1st Annual Summer Vacation

I cannot say enough about our family vacation at Dog Dayz . We had 10 adults , a teenager, an infant, and 2 small children. The floorplan was a Perfect 10 for us all. The beach was AWESOME and only a short walk away. It was never crowded and this was the 4th of July week. You are only 3.5 miles from 30A a mile from Publix and Winn Dixie. The house is all that was portrayed to us on VRBO and more. Highly recommend!!

A great, relaxing vacation house!

Our large extended family had a great time at Dog Dayz! It's only 1 block from the beach, and the beach is uncrowded since it's far from the high-rise condos. We saw dolphins, a sea turtle, and schools of manta rays in the water; very cool. It was a perfect beach for nighttime walks as there weren't any large broken shells to hurt bare feet. The location is convenient to shopping, restaurants, water parks, putt putt, go-carts, you name it. The house is new but built to look older with high ceilings. Very impressive. The A/C units work great, and it was nice having two refrigerators, two washers and dryers, all the TVs, the USB ports in the wall outlets, etc, etc. We hope we can come back soon!

Perfect!

These properties were perfect for our wedding reception, but frankly, they would be pefect for any form of entertainment, family vacation, or just a getaway. It housed our friends and family(40) for four days and nights. No expense was spared for decor, amenities, or convenience. We forgot beach chairs, they had them, we wanted a shade tent, it was there, we were worried about water pressure with five bathrooms, there was no loss or temperasure fluctuation. The beach is less than a football field away, and shopping, grocery, and convenient stores are within 5 minutes. Clarissa and Jason answered any questions or concerns we had leading up to, and during our visit. They happened to be out of country when we were there, but had someone available for any possible issues. Enough cannot be said about these properties, first class owners and properties all around! More importantly than our opinion, all of our guests felt the same! Book it, don't look anywhere else!

Family Vacation

This was a very nice property and was perfect for our family needs as far as bedrooms and layout. We had requested an early check-in 2 hours prior to the 4 pm check-in, but never heard back about this. We learned that no one was in the house the day before we arrived, so not sure why we couldn’t get the early check-in. We did have a few issues: not enough pots and pans in the kitchen to cook for a large family. If you have a house that sleeps 21 people, then the kitchen should also be equipped to handle that. Management provided what we needed after we contacted them. The dishwasher had a lot of mold/mildew and didn’t have hot water. Management sent maintenance to fix it after we contacted them. The washing machine on the 2nd floor stopped working. Maintenance was sent over, but wasn’t able to get it functioning, so we had to do all wash on the 1st floor after that. Overall, the house was nice and we had a very nice stay, but we did have several issues during the week that needed to be addressed. Management was responsive to our issues.

Great house!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It had a large open kitchen that was comfortable for all 18 of us. I would suggest more seating in the family room. There is a rec room on the third floor with a kitchenette and full-sized refrigerator but no ice maker. All the beds were very comfortable. There are 3 AC units, one for each floor so it cooled the house nicely. The house was overall clean, I'm not sure if the blankets are washed after every family but they didn't smell like someone else. The only thing we found was the coffee maker still had coffee in it. The pool was very small but we didn't use it much, it was mostly the little ones. There was corn hole and plenty of seating by the pool. The location was a short walk to the beach, there are a couple of restaurants within walking distance although we didn't venture out to eat since we all cooked. The beach itself was not crowded at all. So it was nice to not have to fight for space for all of us. We had a few maintenance issues, the kitcehn microwave didn't work so we brought down the one from the third floor rec room. We had to keep resetting the disposal. The door wouldn't lock but they fixed it that day. These were small issues and didn't impact our stay. We thoroughly enjoyed it!

Nice Property

Overall, the house was very nice, and the location was great! Quick, easy walk to the beautiful beach. Our only complaint is that the pool water was cloudy and discolored. Someone came to work on it, but it still did not clear up by the end of our stay. Other than that, we thoroughly enjoyed this property.

New Year's at the Beach

The house is lovely and spacious. Plenty of dishes, bedding was clean, nice that it had soap, shampoo, etc. However there is absolutely no food items in the house... as in bring your own salt shaker. Parking is great, nice neighborhood, short walk to beach. Now for the bad- i opened the dishwasher to find the rack covered in mold. I called and they had someone there within the hour. He put a strong bleach in and it ran for hours and it was clean when it was done. Meanwhile, it used all the hot water. We also reported the upstairs washer didn't work and we had no internet during our stay. But we had plenty of room to stretch out and there was 14 of us and it didn't feel crowded.

A Christmas to Remember

We had an awesome stay at the house over the holidays. Comfortably slept, cooked for and sat for meals with 16 people. The property manager was very responsive. Got back to us very quickly when the initial door code didn’t work. Was also responsive about a couple issues with appliances. This house is just a few minute walk to the beach which we did multiple times each day. I would highly recommend this property.

Great Property

My family was extremely pleased with the accommodations for our stay in PCB. The house was everything it was listed as. The communication with the property managers was excellent! I was kept informed and updated throughout my stay. We will definitely rent this property again!
