We had a Fabulous Family Vacation! Perfect location! Some construction going on out front but traffic not bad this time of year. Weather was Fantastic! Met some Awesome new people from all around.

Property inside need to be re painted and some things fixed. The mattresses need to be re placed, also. Outside to the beach area and all the stuff to use was great.

Beautiful Beach Location

We absolutely loved the location of this place- right on a quiet part of the beach. The house could use a few repairs but it had plenty of room for our big group and the kitchen was well equipped for all our cooking needs. The deck is a nice size for a large group with 2 tables so 10 of us were all able to sit outside together. The manager and maintenance crew were great and came very quickly when we had any problem. Wonderful memories were made and we would go back again.

Property was in poor condition

The property was in bad condition. It smelled of mildew and the furniture was stained. The bathroom sink had standing water. The interior and exterior need to be painted and refurbished top to bottom. The good news is I reached out to the property manager (Alexandra) and she immediately moved us to a much better property. Thank God!

Our stay was amazing, I noticed we only had been given 2 trash bags which doesn’t last long. When had a toddler, The screen door to the patio facing the ocean is need of repair/ replacement. Not as it seemed

When you first walk in at first glance it’s great. Then you try to sit on sofa it’s like sitting on boards. Cushions were so filthy we had to find sheets to cover it so we would have a place to sit the chairs smelled like pee. There is black mold all over the whole house the beds were like sleeping on rocks. The floors were filthy. The manger was very nice and very accommodating. Who ever owns the property needs to fix and update and the pictures on Vrbo are not true to what the property actually looks like

Lots of room and plenty of beds! No one was cramped! We loved being able to walk right off the deck onto the beach!! Shopping within walking distance! We totally enjoyed our stay!

Thanksgiving Trip with family and friends

The VIEW and accessibility to the beach is amazing. The Property manager, Alex (with Bens Beach Homes) was so nice and helpful. The kitchen was well stocked and the 4 teenagers liked the queen bunk beds and the adjacent king bedroom. The property is really run down. The beds were so bad and with how reasonable beds like casper and nectar are and how much those owners charge, a few new king sized mattresses would make a world of difference. All 3 of the king sized beds need to be replaced. And the floors downstairs looked like they may have been original to the property. There was so much ground in dirt if you walked thru the house without shoes on, your feet were gross. We tried to mop them but they are so old and in such poor shape, there is almost nothing anyone can do with them! And then there are 4 or 5 tiles that are broken so beware, they will pinch your feet. Again, the view was amazing and a 15 second walk from the deck to get your chair set up at the beach. But the owners need to update it terribly or at a minimum, replace the floors and the mattresses.

Great location and roomy

Tons of space for 10 people and more with the beach out the back door. Townhouse is in desperate need of a makeover. Floors coming up, patio door very difficult to operate, some ceiling fans inoperable, some lights inoperable and blinds are broken in most windows but none of it would keep us from going back.

PCB stay 7/29-8/5/2023

Rental was clean when we arrived. There were some problems, but they were quickly fixed. The one real problem is that the pool that was promised in the property description did not exist. This was extremely disappointing for the younger children. They cannot stay on the beach for long. Overall, we enjoyed the vacation very much.

Great Location!

My family enjoyed our stay over the week of July 4th. Great location, close to everything, beach was not crowded. There was an issue with the clothes dryer, management had someone there within 2 hours to fix it. Other than needing some updating Pugsley Paradise was wonderful and would rent again.

Great location

There was 10 of us staying in early September 2022. There was plenty of room for all of us. It was in a great location and the beach wasn't crowded. When I had questions, the manager was quick to respond.

Amazing beach views!!

An amazing home right on the beach! We've stayed in PCB before but have never seen so much wildlife. Every morning there were dolphins, sea turtles, jellies and all kinds of fish and birds. We watched pelicans dive for fish!! Having my coffee on the deck enjoying the breeze and the views was so relaxing. The evenings on the deck were magical too! With the waves in the background, looking at the stars at night was absolutely beautiful too. This is a vacation I actually felt rested after!

Great view and great location. Needs better upkeep.

We encountered cockroaches. The place needs to be sprayed. Some of the furniture is in need of repair. The couch in the living room need to be replaced. The dining table is about to collapse. The umbrella on the deck is bent and worn and needs to be replaced. The sliding glass door is almost impossible to open and close.

Great location

Location was great!! Pretty sure the floors had not been done. There was a McDonald’s cup in the fridge. The deck was littered with beer cans, bottles, and trash. We had to buy draino to get two drains unclogged. It had plenty of room and was a great spot. However, it definitely needs some TLC.

Best vacation yet!

We had the best vacation here in Panama City Beach. We stayed for a week with friends and family from Louisiana and California. The rental is only 20 minutes from the local airport so super easy pick up for out-of-towners. The house looks small from the street but massive once your inside. Pretty of space for my group of 11, mostly adults. The rooms upstairs were huge with the main room having an awesome beach view. The house was equipped with tons of extra blankets, pillows, linens, and towels. TV in every room. We cooked a lot and there was pretty of utensils and cabinetry space. The only thing we were missing was a cookie sheet to bake with but we made it work. I don't think we could have been closer to the beach. The back porch made for an easy hang out spot. The beach wasn't crowded at all and we literally had no one around our beach area. Your minutes away for Pier Park so you are in yhe hub of all the action, shopping, and eating. And just a couple blocks away was the dog beach. My parents brought there dog and he had a blast. I can't speak any better about this rental. Thanks for a great stay!

Good Place

It was a great place for our time with family friends. Being right off the beach was perfect, especially with little kids. We did have to wash dishes before we could use them. But, overall, it was a good stay.
