- Private elevator which travels to all floors. Must sign a waiver to gain access to the elevator during your stay. Adult use only. Please ask for details regarding mobility considerations for anyone in your group.
- Private Pool and deck with lounge seating, propane grill, and umbrella. The pool can be heated for an additional fee October through April
- 10 yards to beach entrance
- Enjoy the 4 Taxi bikes provided at the home. Perfect for exploring the neighborhood.

Beautiful home with amazing beach views. One disadvantage is since the beach is public, you will likely see more people and may have less privacy compared to a rental with private beach access. Public beaches can become very crowded, especially during peak times, which can be noisy and busy.

First, I want to say that the house itself is beautiful overall. The elevator was a great feature, especially for convenience, but it exited outside with no cover. Unfortunately, it rained the entire week we were there, so by the time we went from the elevator to the car, we were soaking wet.The house is three stories, and the top floor—where the kitchen is located—has stunning windows that perfectly frame the ocean view. While they were gorgeous, the living room setup on this floor felt small and broken up due to the window layout. For our group of 10, it didn’t function well as the main entertaining space. We often felt separated, sitting on opposite sides of the room. The second floor had a large couch, which worked well for games, but ideally, the main gathering space would have been on the top floor where the view is.The bedrooms were lovely and comfortable, and we all slept well. There were plenty of towels, and the kitchen was very well stocked with quality pots and pans—much better than other VRBO properties we’ve stayed in. The only inconvenience was discovering there was no can opener after we had already started cooking. It was late, so we couldn’t get one that evening.The location beside the donut shop was convenient for quick bites and treats, but it also meant constant foot traffic and cars coming and going. This made it feel like people were always looking in through the top floor windows.Unfortunately, we couldn’t enjoy the porches much because of the

Lovely Home

We enjoyed our stay at this lovely home. It was everything you could ask for. The beach is across the street and you have views from all the front windows. Thomas Donuts and Snack Shop, and Thomas Pizza and Cream is next door so you can just walk next door and get donuts for breakfast and pizza for lunch. You also have your own private pool in the backyard.

Great location with incredible views. The house was equipped with anything you would need to prepare gourmet meals, relax in luxury with jacuzzi tub and pool. We will be back!

Absolutely Beautiful home with the most stunning views! The elevator was a blessing and our granddaughter enjoyed the heated pool and easy access to the beach! So much fun was had by all! Sad we had to leave but will definitely be back!

Very Nice Home

We all enjoyed our stay. There were four things that I would consider negatives: Road noise when you are sitting out on the decks (You get a little use to it the longer you are there) (If the doors are closed there is NO noise in the home) Only one extra blanket (Truly nowhere near enough for a 4 bedroom) (A few throws would be nice) No furniture on 1st floor balcony (Main balcony could use a little more setting) The last thing which for us was the biggest thing is the heated pool did not work. The last night a maintenance man came by and said he got it going and should be ready by morning, but of course we were leaving that morning. (This was one of our must haves when we were look for homes on the beach with having 3 kids) I would list all the positives but to be honest there are two many to list. the house itself is beautiful and spacious. We will definitely consider this house again for our yearly family vacation.

Can’t wait to return

This house is so beautiful, well-equipped, comfortable and perfectly located. It was just our family of 4 and our two dogs but we hope to return and bring some friends or extended family. The other reviews mention how nice it is being next door to Thomas’ Donuts. That didn’t thrill me much at first because I can’t have gluten. BUT
they have amazing GF pizza and the ice cream is also great. That was a big highlight. Best of all, the breathtaking views. We will be back!

Beautiful house

Beautiful house. Conveniently located to amenities and easy access to the beach. We loved the kitchen and it was stocked with plenty of cookware. The pellet ice machine was a plus! It is surprisingly quite inside even though it’s directly on front beach road and next to the doughnut shop (which is a must try for doughnuts and ice cream).

This property was amazing. The location was convenient, just steps from the beach and walking distance to a grocery store. It's next door to Thomas Donuts which was delicious. Would definitely stay again.

A little piece of Heaven!

This house is amazing! It is in the perfect location across from the beach with spectacular views. Having Thomas' Donuts next door was the icing on the cake! They have so much more than just donuts and it is all delicious! The house is very comfortable and big enough to spread out. You have everything you need right there!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We very much enjoyed an early March stay at the house. The house is well furnished and maintained. The 3rd floor kitchen is well equipped and made for a great gathering area. The 3rd floor main suite is very nice with a walk in shower. There are balconies on the 3rd and 2nd floors of which look right out the gulf. Excellent spot for watching sunsets and getting to see pods of dolphins swimming by. 2nd floor main room and 3 additional bedrooms which were all similarly very nice. Overall a good location right across street from beach, good walking areas and right next door to a tonight shop that was fun to visit. Would return for another visit.

Great House!

House was beautiful. I called ahead to see if they had a crockpot, spices in the kitchen, beach towels and beach chairs in order to plan for the packing. I was told no, but was very surprised that this house had everything EXCEPT a rice cooker, spices and beach chairs. There was even an airfryer and was stocked as it relates to dishes, silverware and utensils. It was terrific. There are a lot of stairs (I along with my family are all athletic, but I'm telling you to get to the kitchen and main primary on the top flight, it wore you down. Made me plan what I was taking downstairs and how to avoid walking up and down too many times:) I think if I could make just one critique, it would be that it's a shame they don't allow use of the elevator for guests. Packing up big coolers for the day on the beach or grocery shopping to stock up was tough carrying up and down all those stairs. The four beach bikes included in this stay was an added bonus!
