Pier III Condominiums is the ideal location to spend your vacation whether that includes relaxing on your private balcony or take advantages of all the amenities the Lakes Region provides. The nautical artwork and decorations throughout this condo will transport you to living on lake time. The sliding glass doors of open concept kitchen and living room open to your own private balcony with a gas grill and outdoor seating overlooking beautiful Lake Winnipesaukee. Watch the amazing Weir's Beach fireworks display from your balcony on Saturday nights in July.

The living room includes a large sectional sofa and arm chair providing plenty of room for the entire family. The kitchen is fully equipped with plates, silverware, pans and glassware for your use during your stay.

This condo unit can sleep 6 people maximum. The master bedroom has a king bed, bureau for all your beach clothing and a large tv. The second bedroom is beautifully decorated with 2 full size beds as well as its own Roku tv to stream your favorite shows. The bathroom has a full tub and towels for everyone.

Towels, beach towels, linens and toiletries are included.

Free parking for 1 vehicle is included. 1 additional parking spot base on availability. Parking spots are not designated. Nearby commercial parking lot may be available for additional vehicles.

**No smoking in the unit or on the balcony. No pets, no parties, no marina access. Marina level is for owner use only per condo and insurance regulations. Renters are not allowed to enter the marina.

We have a security camera at the front door towards the parking lot and one on the balcony facing the lake. They will be on during your stay.

Check in is at 3pm. Check out is at 11am. Door code will be provided on the day of check in.
