Condo de charme pour 8 personnes - Ski Gunstock ou nager à Winnipesaukee

Réservez pour vos vacances !! Ce condo confortable de 2 chambres est situé à 2 / 10èmes de mile de la plage de Weirs, avec des droits de plage, SKI Gunstock pour l'hiver, il est à seulement 10 miles .. Il n'est qu'à 3 minutes à pied de tout - Boardwalk, Arcades, etc. Toutes les principales attractions sont à moins de 5 minutes en voiture, des toboggans aquatiques et des lancements de bateaux à Funspot et aux magasins. Conduisez de 10 à 20 minutes pour toutes les attractions de la région des lacs d'été, ou profitez du feuillage d'automne, The Pool est juste devant votre porte. Avec la vue sur la piscine de cette unité d'extrémité et le bureau en bas, nous pensons que c'est le plus beau condo du complexe. Skiez l'hiver, bateau et plage l'été, détendez-vous et profitez du feuillage. Tout est juste devant votre porte.


Feuillage d'automne: Avez-vous déjà été dans la région des lacs pour le feuillage d'automne? Vous allez l'adorer, les environs sont magnifiques, surtout lorsque vous surplombez le 5ème plus grand lac des États-Unis.

Ski: Gunstock est à seulement 10 minutes de chez vous, la neige est excellente et le temps n'est pas aussi froid que le nord, bien que vous puissiez également y conduire. Grands prix de location d'hiver.

Veuillez noter: De la première semaine de juin à la fin août, nous ne faisons pas tous les jours, le week-end ou toute location inférieure à la semaine complète de 7 jours. C'est la haute saison et nous sommes entièrement loués chaque été, donc louer une semaine partielle ne vaut pas la peine pour nous. Je vous remercie!

Great location and clean

The location of the property was great, just a few minutes to the pier and an easy drive to other towns that we visited. Condo was clean and the blueberry cake left for us was great.

Great Spot

Location, location, location. Condo was in the right spot. It is a hop, skips, and a jump to Weirs Beach, Fun Spot, and Meredith. It is right there in the front of the complex. Easy to get in and out. Condo was clean and ready for the stay. Also, great blueberry cake awaiting for us. Pool located right outside the door. Kids loved it. All the cooking equipment needed to stay in and make a good meal. All information that was needed was there. I would highly recommend staying there. Owners responsive.

Excellent stay

location was great as we were headed to a concert which was less than 10 minutes away. We also hung out in weirs beach near the dock and boardwalk area...super close. We also loved Meredith dock and places to go around Meredith. There was a great fruit and veggie store right up the road- picnic Rock farms...the food there was so fresh! Tower hill tavern was a fun time as well with bands and dancing upstairs latenight. The place was a great location and clean! the pool area with the bbq grills was another amazing place to hang during the sunny weather. thanks again!

Another amazing Summer vacation at Weir’s beach. We love staying here! It is clean, comfortable, and relaxing. We love that it is a quick walk to Cumberland farms, Weir’s beach, and Kellerhaus. Can try wait for next year!

A great summer getaway option awaits here. Nice location with easy access to Weirs, the lake, surrounding communities. Some nice recent renovations and amenities add to the charm of the lakes. Reasonably priced. Ken and Jen are great hosts! Thanks again for another fun getaway!

Great property, perfect location

We have stayed in these condos for the last 5 years, and I have to say, we really enjoyed this property. It was close to the pool and the laundry room, and we didn’t have to drive the whole loop every time we came and went. The fact that there is an air conditioner in the living room as well as both bedrooms is also a huge plus. The housekeeper also left us some home made blueberry cake that was delicious. We would definitely return to this specific property again.

This property was great. The location was perfect. Right next to the pool, close to laundry, close to main entrance and close to many attractions. Only complaint was the crew that slept on bunk beds and pull said it wasn’t very comfortable. Queen size bed in the main bedroom was very comfortable. Unit was recently remodeled and looks nice. Thanks for a great visit. We will certainly be back.

Weekend Getaway

This was our second year visiting Laconia, and we absolutely love it. On top of perfect weather, we had a perfect stay. The location was walking distance to the pier, which we loved. It was an end unit, with trees behind us so it was nice, quiet, and private when we sat outside on the balcony at night. Communication was good, the place was spotless, and we were welcomed with homemade blueberry cake. My husband loved that- thank you! We would definitely look into booking here again.

Christmas ski trip

The location was amazing. We went skiing at Gunstock and it was a close, quick trip from the condo. Although small, it was perfect for the 4 of us. The place was clean and the showers were hot! No issues at all.

Another amazing stay

This is the vacation we look forward to every year! The updates is the condo over the past 2 years are awesome! The salt water pool is so refreshing. And it is so convenient having the grills close by. The condo is equipped with everything you need. We love walking down to Weir’s Beach and hitting the Penny Arcade. If you’re looking to go out to eat, we love Vida (Mexican in Laconia), Towne Docks in Meredith, and Patrick’s are our favorites! I love the memories we make here every year! Can’t wait until next year!!!

Loved it!!

Walking up to the property was nothing too impressive, a large condo building but once the door to the condo was opened we were pleasantly surprised! So clean and neat, loved the layout with the master bedroom w/private bath on one side of the kitchen and the "boy's" room with a bathroom on the other. The little balcony off the living room looking out over the property, playground and tennis court is very nice for morning coffee to watch the sunrise. It is located next to the pool, a short walk to Cumberland Farms for incidentals and to Kellerhaus for ice cream. It is also walking distance to Weirs Beach providing managing a very steep incline is possible. The only thing that would have made it better is if it were on the water! We loved the place and hope to return next year!

Right in the thick of Weir’s Beach with easy access to all the Lake region has to offer! Unit was great and had all the amenities needed. Next to the pool l, playground and outdoor cooking area for grilling. I would rent again in a heartbeat!

Wonderful Weirs Beach Stayover

Been staying each summer here for a few years now and each visit is always great. Perfect access to pool, new amenities added (including a much better stove yay!). And it’s within easy shots to a number of the Lake region’s finest points of interest. Thanks again, Ken. Can’t wait to visit again!

Wonderful place!

This was our first experience with Vrbo. This condo was perfect for our family of four. It was exceptionally clean and bright, right next to the pool, and air conditioned which was a welcome relief on the hot, humid days. Ken, the owner, was available to us whenever we had a question. The housekeeper did an amazing job, and left us delicious homemade blueberry bread which we devoured. The location was very convenient, as it was only a 10 minute walk to Weirs Beach and the boardwalk. The walk itself was a bit hilly, but not a big deal. As for the overall experience, if we could give it more than 5 stars, we would! We highly recommend this condo, you won’t be disappointed.

Lovely place!

This condo was perfect size for my husband, son and I. It was so clean and smelt good. The housekeeper Mary-Jo left home made blueberry bread - yum! Will definitely be back! Thanks for a great stay!

Great time here

Great time. House needs a little cosmetic job but over good. Only issue was had to wait for cleaning person to clean. But got it worked out a little delayed and it was all good. Was cleaned and we stayed for our time. Our cleaning lady even brought us a treat. Great screened in porch and near the pool!

5 star reviews???

The housekeeper kindly left a delicious blueberry cake (thank you) but we would have preferred a deeper clean of the property. Some things were clean, others completely overlooked. We ended up doing our own cleaning. Dusty. Grimy walls. Hair in the shower. Disgusting shower curtain. Carpet looks like it has never been cleaned, ever- really gross. Throw pillows stained. Air conditioners very noisy. The location is fine. The kitchen adequate. But we felt totally misled by 5 star reviews. It was cheap - guess you get what you pay for.
