With great water views of Lake Winnipesaukee from your front deck, this comfortable condo is sure to delight. Best suited for 4-5 guests but can sleep up to 7

Ideally located for LACONIA BIKE WEEK!

Built in 2002, the condo has a dining area with lake views, a nice functional kitchen and a comfortable living area. A front deck overlooking the lake and a rear deck provides added space to sit and relax after a fun-filled day.

Upstairs you will find 2 bedrooms, one with a Queen Bed and the other with a Queen Bed with overhead single Bunk Bed. A Full sized fold out sofa bed in the living area (with privacy curtain) provides extra accommodation if needed.

In the heart of the Weirs beach area, the following are at your fingertips.

Relaxing Stay with Beautiful Lake Views - We stayed at this property for one week and had a wonderful experience. The home was very clean and well-maintained, which made us feel comfortable right away. The location was perfect—close enough to everything we needed, yet peaceful and quiet with a gorgeous view of the lake. It was the ideal spot to relax and unwind. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!

Our stay was perfect! The home was spotless and had everything we needed, there was nothing that wasn't above and beyond our expectations. Amanda immediately responded to any questions and was a pleasure to deal with. In the evenings, after site-seeing and exploring the beautiful area, our favorite place to relax was in front of the fireplace. Perfect Girls Weekend Spot!

First time in this beautiful area that was sparked my a Chris Stapleton concert and we could not have picked a better place. Beautiful view of the water, a short walk to the ferry and great restaurants, and touristy shops. We were so blessed to have a great time thanks to picking this great stay!

Walk to Weirs

Condo was clean and conveniently located within walking distance to Weirs beach, a quick drive to Lockes Hill and Mt. Major for hiking. Check in/out was easy and seamless. Condo is fully stocked with everything you need for a nice stay at the lake.

Amazing Getaway!

The view from the front balcony looking upon Lake Winnipesaukee was fantastic! The condo is clean, super comfortable and has everything you may need. The location is within walking distance of Weirs Beach and within driving distance of numerous destinations. Amanda and Dean, your hosts, are lovely and very friendly.

Great spot

Very easy check in and check out. Fast, friendly and efficient communication with the host Amanda. The space was perfect for my family of four. Got to see the most incredible sunrise every morning from the front windows. Highly recommend!

Clean, quiet, and central to attractions and activities.

Visiting the area to catch performances at the Winnipesaukee Playhouse. The home was clean and well-appointed with all things working as they should. The hosts also laid out towel sets and complementary toiletries which added a nice touch. It's a couple of blocks from Weirs Beach and the boardwalk, close to the scenic train and lake cruises. We enjoyed the stay and added it to the places we'd love to get back it.

Amazing view!

Our family had the best time staying at this property near the Weirs. It was clean, comfy and perfect for a weeklong escape to the lakes region. Only a short walk to Weirs Beach and all the fun activities (arcade/train/Mt Washington boat). The condo had plenty of supplies which was so nice; tons of toilet paper, towels, shower gels, and pantry staples. We had our meals out on the front deck almost every day, the view was so beautiful! We will definitely book this property in the future. Communication with the owner, Amanda, was great and all the brochures/binders with info was very helpful as well! Thanks again for a great stay!

A Perfect Get Away

The view from the porch is spectacular, as it is from the upstairs master bedroom. Especially in the morning with the sun rising over the lake. We liked entering the condo through the garage when it was raining. The inside was clean, comfortable, and in great condition. The laundry area was awesome. The fireplace added to our enjoyment in the evenings while relaxing in the living room and watching a movie. The kitchen had everything needed to prepare and serve food. In total - we loved our stay there and plan on returning next year.

Excellent VRBO, Hosts set a high bar!!!

From the moment we walked in the door, the condo was perfect! Not only was it exceptionally clean and comfy, but all the extra touches the owners provided were so unexpectedly wonderful! These generous hosts thought of EVERYTHING! So amazing! There was an initial supply of coffee and creamer, single serve condiments, plenty of toilet paper and cleaning supplies, great toiletries, etc... Also in the garage/basement, there were beach towels, chairs, and boardgames! And the view from the front deck is gorgeous! Kitchen was well stocked with appliances and utensils with everything you need to cook and the owners were so lovely to meet! Great location and an easy walk to Weirs boardwalk and beach! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and this awesome VRBO made it perfect! We will definitely book for our next trip to NH. Thank you so much!

Dean and Amanda , together with their 2 sons, moved from Australia to Massachusetts in 2005. What was meant to be a 3 year stay became a permanent one as we fell in love with the New England Area.
Dean works in high tech and Amanda is a retired high school Biology teacher who now manages our properties.
Both our boys are grown and making their way in the world now so we are empty nesters.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

We love a water view and being close to the action and activities. When we saw this condo it had everything we wanted and it was fully renovated. The Lake Winnipesaukee area had so much to offer that we knew this was the place to be.

The view of the lake from the dining room table and front deck is spectacular and the short walk to everything makes this condo very special.
