Riverfront with private dock, river views from every room & arcade games!

Beautiful Riverfront home with private dock. There is a small swim area behind to the dock to enjoy and relax when you’re not out boating on the water. We are conveniently located, so you may choose to launch at the river or Lake Havasu. Nearby launch ramps include River Island State Park, Buckskin State Park or Pirate’s Den for the river, and Havasu Take Off Point, Havasu Springs or Cattail Cove to launch your boat and enjoy Lake Havasu. For the off-road enthusiasts you are just a few miles from the back way to Desert Bar (right behind River Island Market & Gas Station).

There are three riverfront decks available to enjoy the beautiful views, watch the boats go by, fully equipped kitchen to cook or have an outdoor barbecue feast, or fish right from the private dock. Plus shuffle board, foosball, basketball game, ping pong, corn hole, air hockey, Big Buck arcade and driving arcade games. You will have access to the entire home, garage and driveway parking.

This house is a great set up for groups of people with large common areas. We had a blast in the arcade and large patio. Great location and great views, highly reccomend.

We enjoyed the beautiful views, the porches give you three different aspects from each level. The home was spacious and comfortable. Great family trip staying right on the Colorado River.

I’ve rented many homes on the river and this one moved to the top of the list!! The owner is amazing and extremely easy to communicate with. The place is exactly as advertised and super clean. Great fishing off the docks and the game room will keep you busy for hours. If you’re looking for a great place for your family, look no further.

This property far exceeded our expectations! We traveled with our three grown children and their families to a family wedding at Havasu Springs Resort. The entire event was magical. The house is not only large, but also well appointed. The chefs dream kitchen was fun for our budding chefs to utilize.. The cherry on top of the cake, was the amazing garage filled with “adult toys”. Every vintage arcade game that you could hope or dream of.was available with no quarters necessary! Although riverfront the property was well secured so we had no fear of our toddlers playing outside on the beautiful decks both downstairs and upstairs! The host was available and responsive for all questions before and during our stay. We not only highly recommend this property, but will also be staying there again ourselves.

Beautiful home away from home

The owner was very easy to work with and the home was just as described. There were 10 adults and 1 3 year old child. It never felt crowded. All of the games were fun to use as well. We loved the location.

We had a great time on our vacation. The riverfront location, private dock and beach area was excellent and provided us plenty of entertainment. The house was very clean and spacious making our stay very comfortable. The arcade in the garage is impressive and the kids had fun playing in the evenings after the water play ended. Christina was a great host and quickly replied to any questions we had. I would definitely stay again!

Beautiful, clean home right on the river. Plenty of room and seating inside and outside. The views are amazing! Enjoyed playing arcade games and shuffleboard during our stay. Would absolutely stay here again!

Great Parker Vacation

We chose this property based on game room, dock and patios and could not have been happier. The house is large with open living room, dining and kitchen. Perfect for family time. We will be going back. Clean with everything we needed.

Family getaway

The place is very nice clean and fun. The description is very accurate. Its is very well taken care of and will be booking again. We made a lot of good memories and the kids had a blast at night playing all the game.

Great place on the river

House had everything we were looking for. So nice to be right on the river with a dock for easy boating access. The kids and adults enjoyed the wide range of arcade games in the garage.

Fun on the river !

Beautiful house on the River, really strong current for docking with boats or jets skis no beach area for kids to play but the arcade in the garage was a hit ! It a really beautiful sunset with a night skyline that is bright and clear. I would most definitely rent this place again. Love the riverfront

Everything was amazing — if I could buy this home, I would. It was perfect for our family and the convenience of the garage, boat doc, and proximity to launch was great. Perfect for anyone with a family with kids, the video games were awesome!

Absolutely Amazing

The house was perfect from the games available to the location being right on the water. The house was very clean and spacious. My communication with the owners was phenomenal from the beginning. I will definately recommend this house and will stay here again.
