Excellent emplacement juste sur la rivière avec un quai pour votre bateau. 4BR, 4BA. Belle terrasse et patio au bord de l'eau. A l'étage a 3BR (un avec 2 reines) et 3BA, un canapé en cuir avec canapé-lit, une cuisine complète, un salon et une terrasse. En bas a 1BR avec deux reines, 1BA, un salon avec canapé-lit avec mousse à mémoire et une cuisine complète. Escapade parfaite en bord de rivière. Vous ne serez pas déçu de cette fantastique propriété en bord de rivière avec beaucoup de stationnement. TV à écran plat dans chaque chambre et salon. Wifi gratuit. Désolé, il n'y a pas d'accès au garage et PAS D'ANIMAUX ADMIS.

Great Property!

Loved this house! It was great for our group of 5, and a spectacular view. We all wished we brought our boats to launch from the docks. Andy was so responsive to anything we needed. Can't wait to stay here again!

Great Home

The home was very clean and stocked better than any other we have used. Beds were comfortable. When reaching out to owner he responded quickly. We had a problem with the dishwasher and he had a plumber out the next day! I would highly recommend this home. The vote was amazing and the sunsets were spectacular.

Parker Vacation House

The house was very clean, check in was easy and the owners were quick to respond. Great location on the river and perfect for a large group. We had 9 people including kids and there was plenty of room for everyone. Highly recommend!

Great View, Great Home!

This is a great home if you are bringing a couple families or a family and teens to the river. There is nice separation between the top and bottom unit so older kids can hang down below and not disrupt adult time. Also, great location on the river. Definitely will be heading back!

Great location and Accommodations

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. The view of the river was beautiful, home fully equipped for cooking, rooms and adjoining bathrooms exactly what was needed for 8 adults. Also, walking distance to a couple of restaurants. Andy was a very attentive host and answered all questions promptly. Perfect place for a perfect weekend!

Friends River Trip

This is our second time staying in this house. It didn’t disappoint! All the rooms have their own bathrooms which is awesome! The kitchen is huge and open, great for cooking as a group! We love this house and will continue to rent for our friend river trips!

Beautiful Home on the River

The property was beautiful and comfortable. Only complaint would be the construction noises next door were definitely noticeable in the master bedroom but that's out of their control. Great host, great property.

Riverfront paradise

Such a beautiful home! We didn’t want to leave! The view was breathtaking. The homeowner was so helpful and accommodating. He was very easily reached with whatever we needed. We will be back!

Perfect river front home

We went with three families and the layout was excellent with a ton of room. The home was even nicer then I anticipated so that is always a plus. Everything we needed was on hand. Danielle and Andy were so helpful and very easy to work with. We hope to stay here again!

Family get away

The house was very clean and great for a large family. The upstairs down stairs combo was great for sharing with two families if needed. Wish the beds had a foam topper for more comfort but would definitely love to return and spend time with the family. Great dock for our boat and amazing view up and down river. Can't wait to return! Thanks for the great place to stay!

Terrific house and location

We had a wonderful time! The house was spacious and accommodated our group perfectly. I didn’t realize there was a separate downstairs unit/apartment that was perfect for our teenage boys. And having a dock took the hassle out of having to launch the boat everyday. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. The main living areas/kitchen was on the second floor which gave us amazing views of the river. We would def stay here again.

Great Family Home Right On the River

Very clean & cozy, home, so comfortable, felt right at home. All the rooms have their own private bathroom which is great! Beautiful view of the river. Big balcony. Spacious living room, doc right on the water, which was a win for us! We had 10 guests more than enough room for everyone. Andy our host communicates great, answered all our questions right away. Very helpful & friendly. We are definitely coming back.

Surpassed our expectations!

We came with 2 families and had so much space! The views are amazing! The pictures don't do it justice. The house is clean and not cluttered with a spacious, well stocked kitchen. We had everything we needed! The little apartment downstairs was a fun surprise! Enjoyed being in the house as much as on the boat! Great BBQ and deck space. We loved having a dock with easy ski/wakeboard access! Great location on the river and launching dock close and easy! Huge driveway with plenty of parking! Havasu will miss us!

Master room

We loved the house but the only thing that we had a problem with is the bed in the master fell in the middle so my husband and I did sleep good. Also the shower in there smelled like a sewer so the room whole room was like that all weekend and to keep spraying air freshener

Fabulous family fun

3 generations came to have fun on the river. Mission accomplished! Andy was a great host. The home is comfortable and well equipped. Ample parking on property. Full bath for every bedroom! Pls note: significant staircase to access interior of property. Not a problem for us, but we were surprised to have to ascend a full story upon entry.
