Modern home with parking/public boat ramp

Hi Brandt, Unfortunately you did not read the check in instructions provided before your stay nor the message I sent reiterating the directions that detail the code and location of the lock box. The lock box is as close as possible to the front door, and you were trying to open our neighboring garage which is clearly not part of the listing. We are always happy to remove any fragrance (glade air fresheners) from the home and even wash the bedding with fragrance free detergent for guests with sensitivities, but you never communicated this to us before or throughout your stay. The home has never been smoked in and was freshly remodeled (new flooring, drywall, bathrooms, kitchen, etc) in 2021, and I personally clean the home before each reservation and did not note any smoke odors before your stay. None of the concerns you mentioned were brought to our attention until after you checked out and were sent a request for the damage to the dresser you caused. The home is located in the Cienega Springs subdivision, which is one of the nicest subdivisions in Parker. If you were looking for riverfront property, please consider the Keys for your next stay and be ready to pay 5x+ the price. You are the first person to leave us a bad review in the 3 years the home has been listed. Please bring concerns such as these to the attention of your host immediately for future stays for a better experience.
