Upon entering you will be greeted with an open concept living room, fully stocked kitchen, and dining area for 6.

The kitchen is fully stocked to include, coffee makers even the pour-over kind. Enough pots and pans to cook a 5-star meal. Complete with dishwasher, ice maker and filtered water. A large island with seating for two, to entertain while making memories.

The living room has a brand new sofa, loveseat and recliner for those relaxing moments after being out on the water, complete with a 65" Smart TV.

The dining room seats 6, and is ready for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

The bunk room has a full/full bunk bed, nightstand with lamp, charging ports, and room darkening drapes. Area rug for the kiddos to spread out and play or just hangout and watch tv on it's own 50" Smart TV..

The guest room offers a luxurious queen size bed with nightstands on each side with lamps and charging ports, black out curtains and plenty of storage of suitcases and clothes. Complete with a 50" Smart TV.

Guest Bathroom is a tub/shower combo with rainfall showerhead. Relax, take a bath or stand under the rainfall and wash the day away.

The main ensuite features a luxurious king-size bed with nightstands, lamps, and charging ports for all your devices. The primary suite also includes a 55" Smart TV and a remote-controlled ceiling fan. For those who enjoy sleeping in, it is equipped with blackout curtains and a large closet with extra storage. The attached bathroom features a walk-in shower with a rainfall showerhead and dual sinks.

You will have access to the entire home, minus the owners closets in the laundry room. The outdoor bar/kitchen area.
Other things to note
Our motto is "Leave it better than you found it" at the Desert Retreat, it is our vacation home we are sharing with you.

We have furnished the home for comfort, affordability and want our guests to feel like it's your home away from home.

*There are 3-4 stairs to access the home front door and back door. Disclosure: Might not be suitable for children.

* No PARTIES - we do have a noise monitor in the great area of the home that is actively recording decibel levels, does not record audio. Home is located in quiet neighborhood and we respect their lifestyle also.

*No SMOKING/VAPING of any kind in the home or within window or door distance without them being fully closed. We do have a smoking/vape monitor in the home to record detection of cigarette smoke and vaping.

*We do have outdoor cameras placed in the front of the home actively recording audio/video of the parking and front of home. We do have doorbells that are actively recording who comes and goes at both the front door and backdoor for security of our home and check-in verification.
