Parker House Rental is a River Front on the Parker Strip, remodeled 3 Bedroom, 3 Bath with a bonus room off the master bedroom for additional sleeping arrangements. Located at a wide section of the Colorado River where the current is slow, its perfect for swimming right at the dock and floating in the water enjoying your beverage on a hot summer day. Recently remodeled as warm and modern, bringing the colors of the river environment into the house with neutral tones accented with blues and greens. This house is elegant and relaxing and sleeps 10 comfortably. With the amenities this house provides you will be so comfortable will want to return again and again.

Located on the Colorado River in Parker, local attractions are Blue Water Casino, The Desert Bar, Lake Havasu and London Bridge are a scenic 40 minutes away. Golf at the local course. You cant miss Parker Dam and of course, boating and water sports are abundant at the Parker Strip. Boat up to local bars for afternoon refreshments.

If you dont feel like cooking in the fully equipped kitchen or
BBQing on the patio, JA Johnnies is right around the corner within walking distance and has great burgers and dogs.

Best vacation spot on the Parker strip. Local to everything. House is clean and modern with everything you would need. The dock is great. Room to swim and float. Would recommend this to anyone who loves to play at the Parker Strip.

We cook therefore the kitchen is super stocked with supplies, foil, saran wrap, coffee supplies, spices etc., most things you need so you don't have to run to the store because you forgot something. A great vacation

The property was perfect! We had 2 jet skis, a boat and a magic carpet and it fit great with the dock we had. The outside patio was great for grilling and watching the sunset. House has a big living room to hangout in and a great kitchen for cooking. Can’t wait to stay here again!

Lovely house with an amazing location and view

Absolutely loved our stay. Very convenient location, beautiful view, very well equipped house, literally everything you can think of. Chris was very helpful with check in/check out process and jump starting our car. We go to Arizona 3/4 times a year. Definitely this is the house we will be booking for our future stays

We had the most amazing time at this property. Absolutely stunning home and even better View right on the best part of the river. Attention to detail was outstanding in the home from all the little knick knacks to the beautiful furniture and linens. Our hosts were outstanding and communication was terrific. We had a beautiful time on the river and this property made it perfect.

Nailed it!

The house was super well done and very clean. Great kitchen set up with all the needed pots, pans and supplies, we brought some in case and didn't need them. Appliances worked perfectly and no lack of air conditioning. Nailed it!

Hi Cameron! It surprises me how many people bring their own pots and pans! There is no need when you rent our house. Our kitchen is stocked with every size you can imagine, with quality induction pans, and big enough to prepare family meals. Wonderful weekend with friends

I cannot express how lovely this property is. We walked in to cheery, contemporary accommodations and a kitchen wonderfully outfitted! Our group of 8 adults were comfortable in our rooms and we all enjoyed the outdoor spaces. We really appreciated the covered boat slip The house was well appointed including dishwasher pods, laundry supplies, trash bags etc Thank you again for the hospitality- we expect to be back next year’

Gorgeous Riverfront House(s)

We have stayed in Parker many times along the river and in the Keys, and Lori and James’s houses were by far the best we have stayed in. We rented both houses, which are basically conjoined, and it was perfect for our multi-family vacation. Everyone was super comfortable with their own room and essentially everyone got their own bathrooms too. The houses were both immaculate and stocked with anything you could need. The location was gorgeous and the area right off the dock is shallow enough to wade in the water/hang out/swim. We will definitely be back!

Walking on eggshells!

We started the trip with a 20 min call AND an in person overview of the owners list of rules. During our stay we accidentally spilled an electrolyte drink on one of the chair cushions. We were following the rules and had the chair covered with a sheet, however some liquid seeped through. There was no stain, just a demarkation of the liquid. We followed the chairs cleaning instructions, using a soft cloth and water. When we checked out, we told the owner exactly what happened and how we treated it- we were cautious of not using harmful cleaning agents. A dry cleaning was all it needed. A week later, my credit card was charged without authorization for $900 for an entire chair replacement. We did not receive any before or after photos, or the cleaning report that she claimed to have, along with proof of chair costs, even after requesting. During our walk through, the manager pointed out a previous renter damaged the tile. The tile was not replaced- it was glued back in place. It feels like this owner is taking advantage of renters and VRBOs policies. BE CAREFUL RENTING HERE!

Becky, James and I are sorry your stay was less than perfect. We pride ourselves in providing a quality product to our customers. That said I appreciate the call telling me you spilt a full bottle of Gatorade on the chair. I did call a upholstery cleaner which took a week to get to the house, upon which they determined the stain was permeant. As VRBO requested I uploaded the professional cleaner report, before and after photos, and cost of replacement. VRBO solely determines the validity of the claim. Unfortunately I was unable to recover the chair since the fabric is discontinued so replacement is the only option. It is a Room and Board EOS 51" swivel chair and replacement cost to me is $2194.58. As a courtesy I only charged you a fraction of this cost as if I was recovering the chair. To address all your concerns, the broken tile at the entry is an involved repair including base board and paint which will need to be done off season as is standard practice in rentals. Again, we pride ourselves on providing a clean, well stocked, and well taken care of home and we appreciate our guests choosing our home for their vacation.

Its a beautiful well appointed home. We enjoyed all the patio and dock time for BBQ and morning coffee. Having the sun shade over the boat dock was amazing!
