You will have access to the entire property.

All units share a 7,200 sq ft. common area. Feel free to enjoy this enclosed, outdoor area, by going for a swim, sunbathe by the pool on the chaise loungers, relax by the koi pond and waterfall, sit on the queen-size-bed swing under the breeze of a ceiling fan, or enjoy a drink in the bar while watching the 60” tv or listening to your favorite music! You also have access to a covered patio seating, and an outdoor kitchen, with our 5 different grills (charcoal, wood burning brick oven, or propane). We have an indoor complimentary coffee bar with individual seating areas that is accessible at all times for a quiet place to have a cup of coffee while reading a book from our lending library. There is also a large area for your dog, clean up bags are provided.

Main House:
This beautiful, spacious 4 bedroom, 2 bath home has a fully furnished gourmet kitchen with all new appliances and granite countertops, two king size primary rooms, and 2 queen size rooms, and an additional sofa sleeper. There are several separate seating areas, breakfast bar and dining table that seats 8. Catch up on your favorite shows on a 65” smart (Roku) 4K TV by logging onto your personal Netflix, Amazon or any other streaming services (we do not provide any content). Complete your day sitting in a rocking chair on the veranda, cooled by the ceiling fans, enjoying a drink while watching the sunset.

Studio:
This beautiful, cozy space comes with a fully furnished kitchen with all new appliances, granite countertops, a king-sized bed, and an incredibly comfortable and new sofa sleeper!

Cottage:
This beautiful, comfortable, spacious 2 bedroom cottage comes with a fully furnished kitchen with all new appliances and granite countertops. This air-conditioned home has a king size master with a bay window overlooking the koi pond, pool and garden area, a queen size bedroom, and a loft area with 3 beds, perfect for kids, with it's own tv! Catch up on your favorite shows on a smart (Roku) 4K TV by logging onto your personal Netflix, Amazon or any other streaming services (we do not provide any content).

Sleeps 23, Full Kitchen (fridge w/freezer, microwave, dishes, silverware, and coffee maker), towels, sheets, etc. Wifi is included with flat-screen TV. Some of the amenities we have include:

2-3 hours: $200

Note: Early arrivals and late check-outs are not guaranteed due to our tight cleaning schedule. Please request approval in advance.

Refund Policy

A 3.9% processing fee on refunds is non-refundable. Refunds will be the amount paid minus this fee, per Stripe's policy. This applies to direct booking and bookings made through select booking channels.

General Guidelines

●Pets: A pet fee of $100 applies per reservation for up to 2 pets. Bringing a pet without prior notification incurs an additional $100 fee, and we may end your stay early. No cats allowed. If your pet causes any damages, additional charges will incur to cover repair or cleaning costs.
●Age Requirement: Primary guest must be 21+, with an adult over 21 present during the stay.
Food & Drink: No food or drink in bedrooms (closed water bottles allowed); extra cleaning fees for stains.
●No Smoking: Smoking of any kind is prohibited; $200 fine for violations. Additional charges will incur to cover repair or cleaning costs.
●Trash: Dispose of all trash in outside bins before departure.
●Damages: Report any damages within 24 hours of occurrence or immediately upon arrival. Failure to report damages could result in liability for repair or replacement costs.
●Dishes: Wash all dishes and run the dishwasher (if applicable) before leaving.
●Windows: Keep windows closed for security.
●Laundry: Avoid overloading machines; do not wash sandy items, and clean the dryer lint trap.
●Storage Closet: Keep this area closed and locked.
●Consumables: Leftover items are at your discretion; freshness is not guaranteed.
●Furniture: Do not rearrange.
●Parties & Events: Unauthorized parties are not allowed; violations will result in additional charges and immediate eviction.
●Only registered guests are permitted to stay at the property. If you would like to add extra guests beyond the number initially registered, please request approval before finalizing your booking. Any additional guests that exceed the maximum allowed at the property will incur an additional charge of $100 per person. This requires approval from us prior to booking.
●Illegal Activities: Will result in immediate eviction.
●Quiet Hours: 10pm to 7am. Please be respectful of neighbors.

POOL & HOT TUB RULES
●Use at Your Own Risk: By using the hot tub and/or pool, guests acknowledge and agree that they are using these amenities at their own risk.
●Supervision: For safety reasons, children under the age of 16 must be supervised at all times while using the hot tub or pool.
●Health & Safety: Guests should not use the hot tub or pool if they are under the influence of alcohol or drugs. Please shower before entering the hot tub or pool to maintain cleanliness.
●Cleanliness: Please ensure that no oils, lotions, or soaps are brought into the hot tub or pool. This helps maintain the quality of the water for all guests.
●Proper Use: For your safety, please follow all posted guidelines and do not engage in risky behavior in the pool or hot tub (e.g., diving, rough play).
●Damage: Any damage to the pool or hot tub caused by misuse will be charged to the guest.

Pool Equipment & Heater Disclosure
●The pool heater is monitored and controlled remotely by the owner. For safety and energy efficiency purposes, guests are not permitted to adjust, tamper with, or change any settings on the pool equipment, including the heater temperature.
●Any unauthorized tampering with the pool equipment will result in a service fee and charges for any additional electricity usage or repairs.
