We stayed for 3 weeks and had a nice relaxing, mostly quiet vacation. The grackles like to make their presence known. The condo had everything we needed and was comfortable and inviting.

Place was as pictured and just steps away from a beautiful placeTo fish and watch the sunset then just a couple minutes walk in the AM to watch the sunrise. Absolutely beautiful well kept and definitely easy to communicate host and will be hoping to stay there next time we are in town. Excellent price, excellent place and excellent people. Can’t ask for more.

Location was great. I was a little concerned that it might be noisy because of Brewster Street, but it was not. The view over the water was extremely peaceful and beautiful sunsets. The decor was very fresh and contemporary, even though it is an older unit. Also very good communication and instructions for getting in, etc..

AMAZING CONDO ON THE WATER

What a great time our family including our pet had at this amazing condo! Clean, comfortable with everything we needed and right on the water with fishing dock! Convenient to the beach and lots of other activities yet private and quiet. Wonderful memories were made!

This is the 2nd time we have stayed there, and it was a great stay. Everything was clean and organized.The only issue we has was the tv. It takes a while to figure out the remotes. And the remote for Spectrum was broken...it couldn't hold the batteries.Other than that, everything else was great.I would suggest instructions somewhere for the remotes.

Refrigerator had a strong smell of fish, ruined the first impression. No icemaker in refrigerator. None of the burners on the range are level so it makes it extremely difficult to cook on them. Large skillet has teflon flaking off of it, should be thrown away. It’s been a while since I’ve slept under anybody I swear the people upstairs wore combat boots.

A pool is very important for a vacation getaway.

The property was a little bit older than we expected. However, everything inside was functional and clean. We enjoyed the fishing pier for any time access, fishing We were disappointed upon arrival that the pool was not able to be used which disappointed the family and our overall stay experience.

Thank you Robert. As you were told and offered your money back prior to your one night stay of less than 12 hours of the water main break (repaired and completed prior to your arrival) and the issue with the pool. The information given to me via HOA was that the pool would be ready when you arrived. However, like a flat tire, no one plans on either and can only respond to information given to us. Happy though that Whitecap beach is just a a couple minutes walk from the front door of the condo you stayed in and apparently enjoyed. As there are plenty of condos on the island, I am sure that you will find one that is shined, new and is much better suited for you and your family. Kindest Regards

A great place to stay...

We stayed 4 days and it had just about everything you could ask for a condo. Very clean and functional. It is good for about 4 adults and maybe a few kids too. Plenty of extra floor room in the living room for blow up mattresses even when the folding out the sofa bed. Loved that you could fish right outside the back door. Lots of fish caught too. The only issue was the washer and dryer. They worked but not very well. We mentioned this to the condo manager, and they said they will look into it. I would definitely stay again and would highly recommend.

Our family has lived on the Island for the better part of 23 years. I love the laid back, no tie zone attitude of the folks that live here. As a part of a military family, I have traveled to many places. I know the importance of having a place to stay that feels like your home. Come and stay with us and enjoy your island home.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

Several fantastic restaurants are a short drive from the condo, and the Boathouse Bar & Grill is right next door—perfect for a quick beer or (2) or (3)! Just a short five-minute drive away, you'll find both Dollar General and our local island supermarket, IGA. Within the same short distance, you can also explore more cafes, bars, restaurants, live music, and more.

Approximately 20 miles inland, you can tour the Texas State Aquarium, Selena Museum, the Art Museum of South Texas, the USS Lexington, Botanical Gardens, Downtown Corpus Christi, the Corpus Christi Museum of Science & History and plenty of other spots. Port Aransas is a short 20-mile drive to the North on the Island.

This condo will take care of 4 guests comfortably! You’ll have a full kitchen; and a private patio (with a view!) to relax on right outside the sliding glass back doors.
