Whether you're looking to spend your days exploring the local area, lounging on the beach, or simply unwinding with friends and family, this home has everything you need for the ultimate vacation experience.
The Space:
- Comfortably sleeps up to eight guests
- 3 bedrooms with additional sleeping that has 2 single beds with private balcony (Primary Bedroom: 1 King Bed with ensuite bathroom and private Ocean View Balcony, Bedroom 2: Queen Bed with Private Ocean View Balcony, Bedroom 3: Queen Bed with Private Ocean View Balcony, Additional Sleeping: 2 Single Beds)
- 2 reserved parking spaces in the driveway. Free parking is available on the street as well.
- Fully stocked kitchen w/ drip coffee maker
- 3 ocean-view balconies

- Backyard with hot tub, outdoor grill, plenty of seating, and an outdoor shower

Out of respect for our neighbors, we kindly ask all guests to keep noise to a minimum, especially after curfew, and to limit occupancy to registered guests only. For this reason, hot tub use and outdoor activities are also restricted from 9 PM to 8 AM. The area is monitored by 24/7 surveillance to help ensure a comfortable and enjoyable environment for everyone. Thank you for helping us keep the neighborhood welcoming and serene!
- We have landscapers, pest service, hot tub, and other property maintenance done on a weekly basis. You may see or hear these service professionals during your stay as they let themselves into the backyard to service as needed. Please be sure to ask about this before booking if you think it might be an issue for you.
- TV is a smart tv with streaming capabilities. There are no cable or local channels.
- The exterior of this home (including the backyard and hot tub area) is monitored by 24/7 surveillance recording devices for safety and to ensure our quiet hour rules are followed.
