This private house (Permit 221097) on a corner lot that is located right near Pleasure Point and offers restaurants, shopping, and the ocean just steps away! This is one of the original houses in the area with some great modern upgrades that make it feel like home. And best of all your dog can join you on the trip! Enjoy the hot tub, outdoor patios, and large lawn with your friends and family.

- Comfortably sleeps up to 8 adults

- 2 parking spaces in the driveway
- Fully stocked kitchen

- Backyard with hot tub
Note:
- No gatherings or parties allowed (strictly enforced)
- The exterior of this home is monitored by 24/7 surveillance recording devices for safety.
- Smart TVs with streaming capabilities (no local channels or cable).
- This home is pet friendly for 1 dog (30 lbs or less) for a $25/night fee. This fee will be added after the booking is confirmed and the initial booking is paid for -- Let us know if you want to bring your Dog! We are not able to host any other types of pets at this home.

Guests have access to the entire home including a one car garage.

Stroll along East Cliff Drive, savor fresh seafood, or catch a mesmerizing sunset from the cliffs. With its bohemian spirit and proximity to the lively Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk, Pleasure Point offers a quintessential California beach experience.

- Pleasure Point Market (15 minute walk)
- East Side Eatery, Pennys, Zameen, etc. (5 minute walk)
- Whole Foods, New Leaf, Lucky (5 minute drive)
- Capitola Village (5 minute drive/ 20 minute walk)
- Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk + Main Beach (15 minute drive)
- The Forest of Nisene Marks State Park (20 minute drive)
- The Mystery Spot (15 minute drive)
- Monterey Bay Aquarium (1 hr drive)
Other Things to Note:
- Youâll have space for two vehiclesâone in the garage and one in the driveway.
- Weâre happy to welcome one dog, it just needs to be approved in advance.
- We have two bikes available for you to enjoy! Before riding, we just ask that you complete a quick safety and liability waiver for access. You will recieve the waiver after your booking is confirmed.
- The property includes a small shed where the owner, an avid surfer, stores his boards. He may occasionally stop by to grab a surfboard, but rest assured, he will only access the shed and wonât enter the house or disrupt your stay.
- We are required to stick to our cancellation policy and we suggest adding trip insurance for any last minute issues that may impact your travel (Weather, Illness, etc). We are not able to cancel, move or refund bookings that do not fall in our cancellation policy for any reason.
- We have landscapers, pest service, hot tub, other property maintenance done on a weekly basis. You may see or hear these service professionals during your stay as they let themselves into the backyard to service as needed. Please be sure to ask about this before booking if you think it might be an issue for you.
- TV is a smart tv with streaming capabilities. There are no cable or local channels.
