The property was easy to get too Lots of amenities around Check in and check out was a breeze. We traveled with our dog, accommodations for the pet were great. Good area for potty breaks and adequate areas for good walks. Area felt safe and lighting was good. Will stay again

We were very happy with the location, staff and facility. Loved the outdoor seating area. Only, minor, complaint was you could tell the room has been shut up for awhile due to a stale smell.

Our stay was ok, the location was convenient.. Ii was good to have our dog stay with us. We did have no refrigerator for 3 days and the maintenance brought in a refrigerator.. Also the shower was tricky between the shower curtain and the shower head we always ended up with water on the floor.

Everything was ok except we couldn’t enjoy sitting in the lobby to watch Netflix cause somehow the remote isn’t working properly and tv is old including the one in the room I couldn’t connect it to my phone to enjoy indoor evening with my partner so that was a disappointment but above all everything else was good

No pool or hot tub

We were excited to stay mainly for the hot tub and pool. To find out both are in repair status and will be for months was a huge letdown.

It was advertise that this would be a private home to myself and it was just a regular hotel room, .when I arrived and then I call and was transfer to Vrbo and now I sending pictures of the advertisement to them to review and this should not have happen, I invite family in from out of town to celebrate and then had to cancel at last minute. Not happy at all.

Too much like a hotel

Teeny tiny refrigerator, no microwave, the sofa bed was more uncomfortable as a sofa than it was a bed. We were on the first floor with a small patio. The patio was covered in chalk marks from a previous tenant and never cleaned until I asked. The landscaping and grass are not very well kept up, so not attractive. We were there for three weeks, and I had to ask to have the room cleaned even though their standard is every four days. The hot tub by the pool was broken the whole time I was there.

Never trust a listing

Booked the stay specifically wanting a jacuzzi to relax in the evening after a days work. Listing specifically stated one was on the property along with a photo. Checked into the vrbo and learned it had been closed for a lengthy time. Contacted the management informing them of this issue. Management was unconcerned since there was a pool available. The room was very basic with a small refrigerator and microwave. We could have stayed at the Great Wolf Lodge for the same price. If you are looking for a place with a breakfast and jacuzzi book elsewhere. I was very disappointed with the managements non conern about our lack of a jacuzzi.
