Welcome to our midcentury oasis just N of Old Town! This cozy townhome features a sleek design with an outdoor patio fireplace for you to enjoy the ultimate Colorado experience! This home radiates natural light to make you feel comfortable and at home. Enjoy updated amenities, a fully stocked kitchen, or take a stroll riverside along the beautiful Poudre trail and quickly find yourself in Old Town to enjoy our local restaurants, breweries, and shopping! Welcome to FOCO and enjoy your stay!
Step inside this new build townhome and be welcomed by the open concept living area with stunning midcentury furniture and décor. The living area is a great place to relax after a day of exploring Fort Collins to sit down with a 50+ tv for your entertainment.
The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare a gourment meal, including modern appliances and all the cookware and utensils you’ll need. Enjoy your meals in the adjacent dining area or head outside to the private patio.
The outdoor patio is located outside the third floor loft where you can enjoy the Colorado air next to a fire with comfortable outdoor furniture!

Community Quiet Hours: 10:00 p.m - 8:00 a.m - No parties or pets - No smoking - Unauthorized late checkouts will be charged $50 for the first hour, and checkouts past 12:00 p.m will incur a fee equal to the rate of the following nights rate. Please no parties or events. A $50 charge per night will be added per person beyond 8 guests. By booking, you acknowledge a charge of $250 or more will be incurred for any smoking violation in on on the property or for any damages and additional cleaning.
