Recently renovated with a stylish vintage flair, this single-family home is funky, fun, and bright. It features a light-filled living area with a free-standing bar, a family-friendly rec area with a foosball table, and a laptop-friendly workspace with a monitor and printer.
Just minutes from Old Town, youâll love walking or biking to explore local breweries, restaurants, and trails. After a day of adventure, unwind in the lush courtyard with a glass of wine and BBQ on the gas grill. Itâs the perfect base for exploring Fort Collins!
This home features: Bedroom 1: Queen Bed (main level) | Bedroom 2: King Bed (lower level) | Bedroom 3: Twin over Full Bunk Bed (lower level) | Plus Queen Air Mattress | Sleeps 9
OUTDOOR LIVING: Large courtyard with mature shade trees, gas grill, an outdoor dining table, lounge seating area with a fire table, and two complimentary cruiser bikes!
INDOOR LIVING: 50â flat-screen TV, free-standing bar, vintage dining table with seating for 6, board games, ceiling fans, reading nook, laptop-friendly workspace, and a full-sized foosball table
