We took pride in designing this home without sacrificing comfort! Rainfall shower, tub, couch, beds, and linens, were all chosen for you to relax! The kitchen is stocked with any cookware you might need and plenty of seating. Netflix, Apple, Amazon, cable tv and an xbox provided for your enjoyment.

You have access to the entire swanky main floor unit including the second story and the stunning rooftop patio with mountain views right outside the primary bedroom! There is a two car garage accessed by the alley and a parking space in front of that. A nice side yard with a gas grill is shared with the separate basement unit (booked separately) and is yours to enjoy the 300 days of sunshine that Fort Collins hosts every year
We have two cameras outside the home. One is above the front door and the other is above the garage over looking the alley.

Unauthorized late checkouts will be charged $50 for the first hour, and checkouts past 12:00 p.m will incur a fee equal to the rate of the following nights rate. Please no parties or events. A $50 charge per night will be added per person beyond 8 guests.
