TERRIBLE!!!!! DO NOT RENT THIS PLACE. The place was extremely dirty, dusty, not well maintained and NEEDS PAINTNG, AND HAS MOLD issues!The photos on internet did not represent the property the way the property is today! We were very misrepresented here. Also, the pool table and foosball table need to go to the dump! They are broken and are junk. But the internet shows a nice picture.During my vacation I waited for technicians to fix AC two times. Richard the property manager said they don't want to fix anything! He was at the property several times for our issues.They buy used refrigerators! We had 3 fridge's go out and I waited for delivery 3 times during my vacation. I missed going to the parks with the family.4 bathrooms out of 6 -have signs that say do not flush paper in toilets, that is totally unacceptable for a property like this.The house is not equipped with dishes like the internet shows, and not enough silverware, glasses, cups, for the amount of people they say can be there which is 18.They never told me the pool and hot tub were only heated from a specific time due to noise which I paid for heating but never told me only specific times.VRBO says all included in the pricing and I had to pay extra for the pool heat and use of the grill.I WOULD NEVER RENT HERE AGAIN. Very misrepresented from the internet photos, maybe the photos are when the place was brand new.VRBO should not rent this property.I requested refund but have not heard anything.
