This LOVELY SPACIOUS home is located in the exquisite Windsor at Westside Gated Resort. As our guest, you will be able to enjoy all the amenities of the resort such as the lazy river, splash pool for the kids, 2 additional large pools, tennis courts, fully equipped exercise room, on site cinema, arcade games, and family restaurant. The resort is just 15 minutes from Walt Disney World and convenient to shopping, dining and other area attractions.

The First Floor (Ground Floor) features an open living floor plan with large TV and sofas, along with a large dining table and chairs. There is a King Master with En Suite Bathroom (Bedroom 1 Downstairs) with door to the directly onto the pool deck. The 2nd Downstairs bedroom is a Queen bedroom with Hallway bathroom. You can take cooking to another level in the very modern kitchen where you can prepare a family meal or a tasty snack. The kitchen features a large breakfast bar, stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. Any chef would be ecstatic to prepare a meal here. The Dining room is a great place to gather and reminisce on the fun day had at the many theme parks or coastal beaches.

You also have the option to dine Al Fresco on the pool deck, overlooking the conservation view (no rear neighbors) whilst you enjoy the Florida weather. With the pool deck facing to the East, it's the perfect place to relax and enjoy the beautiful Floridian sunrises, whilst sipping a coffee before you head out for the day. The pool is surrounded by pool chairs where you can relax and enjoy the Florida sun.

The Upstairs Loft area on the 2nd Floor is open plan and is perfect to catch up on all the latest TV shows or enjoy the foosball table. Also on the 2nd Floor, there is 1 x King Master Suite (Bedroom 1 Upstairs) with En-Suite bathroom and walkin shower, 1 x King bedroom (Bedroom 2 Upstairs) with ensuite Bathroom and walkin shower, 1 x Queen bedroom (Bedroom 3 Upstairs) which shares a Hallway Bathroom with walkin shower, Mickey Bunk bedroom (Bedroom 4 Upstairs) with single on top and full bed underneath, which share Hallway Bathroom with walkin shower, a further Queen room (Bedroom 5 Upstairs) which shares a Jack and Jill bathroom with the Twin and Full bed room.
