Coming to Fish or for a car show or for Thunder on the beach or have work in the area, No problem...we have room for your trailer also.

The Master Bedroom has a ceiling fan over the top of a big comfy King size bed with night stands and power strips on both sides for your phone chargers. There is a 75” Samsung Smart TV. The walk-in closet has extra pillows and blankets. Sliding Barn Door opens to a Master Bath with a beautiful Glass Door Shower with Water Fall ceiling shower head. Dual vanities with a larger mirror and accent lights, toilet. Each bathroom comes complete with Towels / Hand Towels / Wash Cloths. The master has it’s own back yard access to the beautiful Pool!

Beautiful fenced in private pool awaits you after a sandy day at the beach. Night time swims are even better with accent lighting making the backyard Palms glow as well as Porch String Lights and Pool multi color LED lights dancing in the water while you swim.

The 2nd Bedroom has a King size bed with a night stand and a power strip for phone chargers. There is a 70” Samsung Smart TV. The 2nd Bedroom has a closet with extra pillow and blankets. Close by is Bathroom #2 with a Tub/Shower comb, vanity with mirror, and toilet.

The 3rd Bedroom is a fabulous bunk room with 6 twin size bunks, made into the wall for safety, where your energetic kids will have great fun. There is a 65” Samsung Smart TV as well as plenty of outlets to charge their phones and tablets.

Upstairs is the 4th Bedroom with 2 queen size beds, a night stand and a power strip for phone chargers. 2 closets give you plenty of room to store your clothes and shoes for a relaxing week. There is a 70” Samsung Smart TV.

Upstairs also has the 5th Bedroom which is a Kids “Island Bedroom” This is a small bedroom with a single twin size bed low on the floor for the youngest of your group. This little bedroom is equipped with a 45” Samsung Smart TV

The Great Room has 3 daybeds with twin size memory foam beds to lounge or sleep on as your group needs. There is a 70” Samsung Smart TV for y’all to enjoy great shows as a group or sit down at the coffee table and enjoy a card game.

The Kitchen has a 2 door Refrigerator with freezer at the bottom, farm house sink, freestanding electric range/oven combo, microwave oven, coffeemaker, and toaster. Our kitchen is stocked with skillets, pots, pans, plates, bowls, forks, knives, spoons and all you need to cook and eat regular meals. When your done cooking...no worries, put it all in the dishwasher and let it run!

Between the Kitchen and the 2 Car Garage is the Laundry Room where you can make use of the electric washing machine and dryer.

Home is cooled by an electric central heat and air HVAC with a digital thermostat. WOW WIFI internet transmits from a cable modem.

Home sits on a corner grassy lot with beautiful palm trees and lush tropical plants to complete the corners of this nice space. 4 minute walk to Panama City Beach Access 82 or 83 where you can enjoy the cool clear emerald waters of the gulf. Free beach parking available close by also. Charcoal BBQ grill with cover sits near the back porch (Charcoal and Starter fluid NOT PROVIDED). After a sandy day along the Gulf of Mexico, rinse off with the full size outside shower. Back porch has accent string lighting that illuminate the back yard and pool area.
