The outdoor covered porch area includes another dining table with seating for 8 and a 65" TV so you can watch your favorite sports team from the pool and outdoor living areas.

The chef's kitchen offers designer cabinets, quartz countertops, and Black Stainless G.E. appliances. Coffee aficionados will love the Keurig coffee system in addition to a 12 cup drip coffee maker.

Adjacent is the dining area with table seating for 8, while the counter offers seating for another 3 guests. The kitchen and dining area opens to the living room which has near floor-to-ceiling windows, French doors, flat-screen television and a vast sectional sofa – Just down the hall you'll find a guest bedroom with a king bed and shared private bath with a shower/tub combination.

Ascending the staircase to the second floor you'll find a second master suite that has a private bathroom with a gorgeous walk-in shower with twin shower heads including a tranquil rain shower head. Down the hall is another guest bedroom with a king bed and a shared bathroom. Adjacent to the second master suite is another bedroom with 2 triple twin bunk beds – the perfect place for the young and the young at heart! It, too, has a shared bathroom. The focal point of the second level is the game room which features two Queen sleeper sofas, plus two extra large bean bag chairs, and a 75” TV – the perfect spot for for the whole family to enjoy a movie or game night!
