The Space:

Sunlight pours through soft coastal filters as you step onto the screened‑in tiki patio, where the warm breeze carries the scent of nearby ocean. You hear the gentle splash of the pool and feel the relaxed rhythm of a quiet Largo neighborhood. Evenings stretch out calmly around the fire pit, inviting you to unwind after a day of beach walks or local exploring. This tropical‑inspired home offers a breezy, comfortable base for your Florida getaway.



Sleeping arrangements

Three bedrooms comfortably host up to seven guests. The primary bedroom features a king bed and an en‑suite bathroom. The second bedroom holds a queen bed, while the third bedroom provides two single beds. A twin air mattress adds a flexible sleeping option when needed. A second full bathroom is located off the hallway for easy access.



Living area

The open living room blends comfy seating with ocean‑inspired décor, creating a relaxed gathering spot. A Smart TV and high‑speed Wi‑Fi keep you connected and entertained, while room‑darkening shades let you drift off after a sunny day.



Kitchen & dining

A spacious kitchen equipped with stainless‑steel appliances and kitchen essentials lets you prepare meals at your own pace. The adjacent dining area offers ample space for shared meals, and the outdoor dining setup on the screened patio extends your culinary experience under the Florida sky.



Outdoor living

Step outside to a sparkling pool framed by a screened tiki patio, perfect for year‑round swimming in Largo’s warm climate. The fully fenced backyard includes lounge seating and a fire pit, ideal for relaxed evenings. Beach essentials are provided, making it easy to head to the nearby Clearwater and Sand Key shores.



Amenities

You’ll find washer and dryer, bathroom essentials, fresh bed linens, extra pillows and blankets, air conditioning, heating, and home safety essentials throughout. Free parking accommodates up to four vehicles, with additional street parking available. Self‑check‑in via a smart lock offers flexibility on arrival, and a private entrance ensures a seamless entry.



Neighborhood

Nestled in a quiet residential area, the home is a short drive from shopping, restaurants, and Downtown Largo. The beaches of Clearwater and Sand Key are within easy reach, giving you the choice of peaceful downtime or vibrant local exploration.



Pet‑friendly

Your furry companions are welcome, so you can share the relaxed Florida lifestyle together.



Getting Around:

Having a vehicle is the best way to get around. Up to (3) cars may park in the driveway and (2) on the street.



Other Things to Note:

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.



If you would like to add pool heating to your reservation, please let us know in advance, and we can coordinate to set that up for you. The cost for this amenity is $35 per day of stay, which will be invoiced separately. We kindly ask for at least a week's notice. During inclement (cold and/or rainy) weather we do not advise using the pool. The pool gets serviced weekly. Please note that, after it rains, there may be some debris that wash into the pool, which may cause the water to appear slightly discolored.



A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. The available options depend on the length of your stay:

-For 1-Night Reservations: Guests are required to provide a $250 refundable security deposit. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout.

-For Reservations of 2 Nights or More: Guests may choose between the $250 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at a maximum of $100). This waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.



Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.



It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.
