Our charming and vibrantly decorated cottage is the perfect space for our guests to relax and unwind.

Enjoy a scenic walk to the beach (10-15 min walk or a 2 min drive) and 2 blocks to the ICW fishing and kayak access. Sea-Clusion is newly renovated and accommodates up to 6 people with 2 bedrooms, 1 full bath, open living and kitchen areas. The large yard is home to impressive live oak trees, creating the perfect setting for relaxing around the fire pit or playing corn hole after a busy day soaking up the sunshine.

Our home is furnished with brand new comfortable furnishings. All of our beds have new mattresses. Our kitchen is fully stocked with all of your needs to cook. Grill out (charcoal grill) after a day at the beach or hit one of the incredible locally owned restaurants nearby. The large covered front porch with a picnic table and patio furniture provides a relaxing atmosphere. We have yard games, board games for the kids, and some books to help you unwind.

Bedroom 1 has a King Bed, Bedroom 2 has a Bunk bed with a Queen on the bottom and Twin XL on top. There's also a sleeper sofa in the living room. Our dining table is setup for 4, however, it expands to accommodate 6 (extra chairs provided).

Guests have proclaimed that we have the "most comfortable beds", Smart TV's are in each bedroom as well as the living room (use your own streaming logins), Blackout curtains in bedrooms will ensure that you can get some much needed rest after a long day on the beach. Our kitchen is fully stocked with everything you could need to make a delicious meal at home. Our shower is pretty impressive with massaging jets, LED lights, and built in blue tooth to enjoy your music while you shower! We also love sitting around the fire pit underneath the Live Oak Trees. The hanging lights provide a relaxing setting.

We have a 4 seater Golf Cart available for use during your stay with a signed damage waiver. Enjoy the ease of getting around the island and free beach parking with the golf cart!

Fantastic beach stay!!!!

Cottage was extremely clean and extremely well decorated. Although the space is not large, no space is wasted and it has an amazing vibe! Golf cart made beach and restaurant access extremely easy!! Kids absolutely loved it. Screened in porch and outside fire pit provided relaxing outdoor hangouts. We will definitely be back. Hannah was an amazing host. Immediately responded to the handful of questions we had.

My stay at Sea-Clusion was incredible. The beach cottage had everything we needed and more for a comfortable stay. The beds were very comfortable, the house was spotless, and the decor was tasteful and unique. The beach cottage is an easy walk to the beach and intracoastal waterway, but the use of the golf cart made getting around the island even more fun! The host was very communicative and accommodating and provided exceptional service. Oak Island is the perfect beach for a nice family getaway. We particularly enjoyed dining at the local restaurants, Island Way & Lazy Turtle. We also found cooking in at the beach cottage was enjoyable with the nice charcoal grill & covered front porch with nice furnishings. The highlight of our trip was definitely roasting marshmallows over the fire underneath the lights around the big oak trees. 10/10 recommend this place to couples, friends, & families who don’t mind sharing one bathroom! We will definitely be back for years to come.
