-LIVING AREA includes leather couch, chaise lounge and recliner with a 55-inch TV all overlooking the Bay, with access to the large balcony. The leather couch does not have a pull-out bed included.
-BALCONY has seating for eight and overlooks Choctawhatchee Bay.
-KITCHEN includes stainless steel appliances, with a 2-door refrigerator freezer with ice and water dispenser, glass-top range with oven, dishwasher, microwave, and garbage disposal surrounded by a granite counter-top.
-KITCHEN is well stocked with Keurig coffeemaker, blender, electric can opener, grinder, and all the cooking supplies you need, including a variety of seasonings.
-DINING AREA includes table and 6 chairs plus a breakfast bar and stools.
-BUNK ROOM has sleeping for 4 (stairway to top, not ladder) and a TV. Bunk
includes a twin bed at the top, a full bed in the middle, and a twin trundle at the bottom. There is also a pack and play deluxe set available.
-HALL BATHROOM includes large walk-in shower.
-MASTER SUITE includes huge Master bedroom with large desk under the window overlooking the bay, king-size bed with high-end mattress, TV, and sliding glass doors connecting to the balcony.
-MASTER BEDROOM connects to a large luxury bathroom with double vanity, large walk-in shower, Jacuzzi tub, toilet room with door and a large walk-in closet with door.
-BOTH BATHROOMS include hand showers for sandy feet.
-CONDO has tiled floor throughout except for Master bedroom which is carpeted.
