This place is perfect. I love the skybridge so you don’t have to worry about crossing a busy highway or trying to find parking at a public beach. The hot tub is great. You can walk straight from the patio and a few steps to the pool and lazy river. We will definitely be coming back to Destin West. Also, the hosts are very responsive and helpful.

Perfect Family Trip

This was the perfect location for our family. You could walk off the patio right to the pool and lazy river. You do have to walk over the pedestrian bridge across the road to the beach. It is about a 10 minute walk but not bad with wagons! The beach was nice and calm, not to crowded. We would go back for sure!

LOVED our stay!!!

We really enjoyed our stay at Destin West in Heron L07. We came for our annual family vacation and It was perfect for us, especially having smaller children in our family. The condo was so spacious and had everything we needed. It was super clean and not to it was easy to communicate with the owners/ managers when we had questions regarding our stay. We are already looking for dates to rebook this same condo for next year. Thank you for making our vacation memorable.

Heron L07 was the perfect vacation location for our family vacation. The condo is roomy, decorated beautifully, beds are comfy, air conditioning was cold and the ease of access to the amenities is perfect. We swam, laughed, grilled by out on the patio grill, laid in the sun and created wonderful memories. We learned that Heron L07 has a global mission! Condo with a Cause supports missions work that feeds families and helps children.This means so much to me knowing that my families good time together was impacting other families for the good. great place to stay

This property was very spacious and gave us plenty of room to spread out. Had a great time being on the lower level and close to the lazy river. We have stayed at this resort numerous times and I love staying on this lower level. I would highly recommend. Beds were comfortable, kitchen was well supplied with everything needed. Hot tub really needed to be cleaned by mid-week, but there were plenty of other hot tubs available on the property.
