Cherished family time

Clean, comfortable with a fantastic view. We loved the beach and the hot tub. We now have memories we will cherish for a lifetime. This rental was, awesome and easy to communicate with for booking, checking in and out. We even left something and I was impressed and happy with how quickly it was mailed back to me.

Vacation 2024

This is our 6th year staying at Destin West. We absolutely love it. Even though the weather wasn't so great we were still able to enjoy the pool, the lazy river, hot tub and the beaches. Our condo had everything we needed. It was perfect and clean. We will definitely be back next year

Relaxing views-great location

The views from the huge pitch were widely to wake up to and the proximity to pool and ocean were perfect for us. Size and layout was great for my family of 5 plus grandma.

Our second time staying in GS301 for Rock By the Sea. We love this unit! Well-stocked for meals and the furnishings are so comfortable. We have coffee and breakfast every morning on the balcony while watching the dolphins. Such an easy walk to Rick's for the festival. Already booked for next year and counting down the days!

Awesome !

We loved everything! The condo was wonderful and the beach view from the balcony was spectacular. Communication with the host was amazing with quick responses to any questions. It was our first stay at Destin’s West and we will definitely be back😀

Relaxing Stay

We really enjoyed our stay! The condo was what it said it was. We really enjoyed sitting on the balcony listening to the waves and reading. We also enjoyed our morning walks on the beach.

Great family vacation spot!

We have been staying with Destin West for 16 years! First time staying in unit 301 overlooking the beautiful ocean view! Condo was very nice and well stocked! We had an amazing time and already looking to book dates for next year!!

Book it!

If you are second guessing, just BOOK IT! Wonderful condo overlooking the beach. The condo was clean and well stocked! We were pleasantly surprised and enjoyed our stay. Our 9 year old said he wish he could live there! My husband is hard to please, he smiled when he walked in and said how nice it was. 10/10 we would stay here again!

This place was awesome, the view of the gulf from the balcony, the kitchen, the bedroom can't beat that. Over the 5 weeks we were here we walked the beach for 275 miles, 7am and 4pm every day. The weather was beautiful everyday, one rainy day perhaps. We used the gym four times a week early in the morning, pretty much had the whole place to ourselves, great loose weights and machines. Early March we used the complementary beach chairs and umbrellas for free and the beach attendant was super friendly. We are coming back next year.

Hello, We had a wonderful time at DW G301. The view was amazing and the property was great. We also really were pleased that we had cabana service as part of the rental. We will definitely be back! Thanks for a wonderful place to enjoy the beach with our family!

The condo was wonderful!!! Our family loves Destin West.

My husband and I had one condo and our adult children and their families had 3 other condos on gulf side. Our condo was perfect except for the downstairs neighbors who thought to was cancun on spring break😳😫 but after several days we called when enough was enough.. Security did address issue. Our family has stayed here at least 5 times and never had this as a issue. A wonderful vacation spot otherwise. Just a word of advice dont wait like we did to report a issue. Wish I had reported earlier.

Beautiful views and great condo!

First, this condo had UNBELIEVABLE views of the ocean. We loved being able to sot on the balcony and watch the waves. Second, the owners communication with us was very helpful and really above the usual customer experience you’d receive from most places. Third, the condo was perfect for our family in terms of size and amenities. Very happy with the appliances, as well! It was well cleaned and sufficiently stocked to ensure we had everything we needed during our stay. We would definitely return!

Great location, comfortable condo for families

Nice condo for families, two private bedrooms plus bunk beds for the kids. Top bunk is a bit too close to the ceiling, though as both our kids had issue hitting their heads. Kitchen, bathrooms, and living room were spacious and accommodating for our families of 5. Only real issue was the living room slide door would not open so we had to use the master bedroom to access the balcony. Overall a good place to stay with amazing views of the beach and gulf.

Perfect vacation!

Our stay in Gulfside 301 was absolutely perfect. Take binoculars because you can sit on the beautiful wrap around deck and watch the dolphins play in the surf. The condo was beautiful, comfortable and convenient. We will be back!

First Family Vacation

Our first vacation as a little family was one for the books! We enjoyed everything about Destin West Gulf side 301. The view from the balcony was most definitely our favorite thing about the condo. It was rejuvenating to wake up and look out the sliding glass doors and see the beautiful ocean first thing in the morning. The "big" and "small" pool (as my daughter called them) was so nice. After leaving the beach around 5 we would walk over to the pool and enjoy the remainder of the Florida sun. We love how we could walk to some of our favorite restaurants: Anglers, Crab Trap and Ricks (our favorite, use the cat walk over the highway to get there). The umbrella and chairs that come with the condo are a must (get in line at 8:30am and tip the guy well for a good seat). We ate breakfast every morning on the nice tables and chairs on the balcony. The condo was exceptionally convenient with a toddler. At nap time it was just a short walk up to the room, and we could still enjoy the ocean from the balcony while the toddler slept. Overall we had a wonderful experience at Destin west gulf side 301, we would definitely stay there again!
