From start to finish, this was a great experience. The host responded quickly to our questions. The check in process was seamless and the instructions for staying and checkout were clear.The unit is a little small, but great for one person or a couple. The location is very convenient to less touristy areas of San Diego such as Normal Heights, Kensington, and North Park/University Ave. It's great if you have some time to explore the area as there are a ton of restaurants and shopping in these neighborhoods.We had a car with us our whole stay and street parking was never an issue, we always found a spot on Madison within a block of the unit.Would definitely recommend to friends and anyone wanting to see a different side of San Diego.

The place was small, as you are aware when booking, but very well apointed. Had everything a couple would need. Nice area/neighborhood. Bed is comfortable and cleanliness is awesome.One side note, the air conditioner is a portable windows unit and in my opinion isn't great, but that's just me.

For an extended stay the frig was small, however the kitchen was adequate. The over all finishes were nice. The portable AC was noisey. The TV was too small to be able to watch lying down in the bed. The garden furniture needed a coat of stain. Bathroom was fine. Location good.

Great place!

Only real issue is there was a lot of noise coming from the tenants upstairs, bathroom needs a exhaust vent, bed wasn’t the best, but overall great place to stay!

Quiet & cute stay!

My partner and I stayed for a few days with our dog and it was a seamless stay! The studio was peaceful and quiet and had everything we needed for the beach!

Everything was as expected in the cute little space. I loved it the neighbourhood was so cute! When I had trouble getting in it was easy to get someone on the line and she was very kind and apologized that I was having difficulties.

Good location.

The property is in easy walking distance to a grocery store and restaurants. It was very clean and the neighborhood is nice. It was very comfortable for 1 person and probably for a couple.

Adorable, clean, great location. Within walking distance to Kensington area and Vietnamese food. Close to interstate entrance so easy to get everywhere you want to go

Great spot

Property was cozy. Cute patio area to sit and relax. Place had everything we needed for our stay. Check in was easy. Beach towels, chairs, and boogie board was available for use. Would definitely stay again.

Sweet Studio - Great Neighborhood

We had a great visit to San Diego and the quaint Kensington neighborhood. It was easy to walk a short block to Adams and explore dining and shops, and evening else was a short drive. ThThr apartment was clean and well furnished.

Convenient, clean, and all the basics

Kensington is a great location for visiting San Diego. You can walk to great restaurants, and it's an easy drive to parks, breweries, and beaches. The studio is pleasant and comfortable. We will stay again, wr hope!

Comfortable

We stayed at this awesome little studio to celebrate my girlfriend’s birthday. We were able to check everything we wanted to do off our list! Everything we needed and wanted was within 15-20 minutes. Definitely coming back! The host is very welcoming and responsive.
