The Space:

You'll be greeted with serene decor and a light & bright vibe at this Kensington gem! Street parking is unregulated and easy to come by. Travel up the exterior staircase to the cozy balcony with private seating. Inside, you walk into a charming living room with a workspace and television with streaming apps. The comfortable couch transforms into a full-sized sleeper. A fully stocked kitchen is to your right with a quaint dining space by the window. Further inside the apartment are two bedrooms with queen size beds. The bathroom has a shower-bath combo.



Guest Access:

Guest access is completely contactless; you will be given a lockbox code 3 days prior to arrival. We are available 24-7 if any issues arise!



The Neighborhood:

If you're looking for idyllic cafes and a charming setting, Kensington is the place for you! Of all the older urban neighborhoods in San Diego, this neighborhood is one of the most desirable to live in, mainly due to its peaceful vibe and close-knit community.



Kensington is located between the neighboring communities of Normal Heights and City Heights in central San Diego and is only a short drive away from Downtown and the San Diego Bay. This central location combined with the small-town community vibe makes this neighborhood a wonderful place to visit.

Beach Equipment: despite the inclusion of snorkeling gear, we do not offer it at our rentals



Interaction with Guests:

Check-in is virtual, as you'll be provided with a digital Guest Portal and a personalized door code. Vacation Rentals by Aaron is a full-service property management company, and will be available 24-7 in case you need anything during your stay.
