We loved staying here! It was super spacious, and had everything you could possibly need! Short walking distance to wrigley field and a lot of places to eat around.

Absolutely wonderful. Clean, comfortable, quiet. Great space for hanging out after a day of Cubs and adventures. Cant thank the host enough for sharing. The only trick for me was the access is the back door, it took me a hot minute to find my way in.

Parking with the passes was simple and directly outside. The house was spacious and clean. It was in a great area with easy access to subway and great restaurants. Plus, we were able to bring our dog! We all loved it and will likely be back.

Condo was simple but had a lot of space and all necessities. Great location near Wrigley for us. We didn’t encounter any issues and were able to use access sent by host ahead of time with ease. Priced perfectly for our family of five. Thank you for the stay!

We’re not a high maintenance family however this place has a lot of very filthy areas. The ceiling fans had years of dust hanging over the sides, the windows are full of dirt and cobwebs (my kids were afraid to sleep at night for fear of bugs entering through the windows), the bathroom vanities are broken and have some rot, the bathroom exhaust fan had a thick layer of dust, the basement stairs carpet felt damp and was very dirty, the furniture is old and sagging and has wet stains. Yes, the place was picked up and is a great location to Wrigley but we wouldn’t stay here again. I did reach out to the owner and he apologized and offered to send someone to address the issues, however, we were only there 2.5 days and the issues that needed addressed weren’t a quick fix, he needs to spend some time to deep clean and make appropriate upgrades. Also, we really didn’t want a stranger there with our family, so we declined that offer.

Thank you for your feedback. I'm sorry to hear the property did not meet your expectations. When you reached out during your stay, I responded immediately, apologized for your concerns, and offered to send our cleaning team over to address any issues. That offer was declined, as you preferred not to have anyone enter the property during your visit. The only specific issue brought to my attention at the time was dust on a ceiling fan, and I would have gladly addressed that and any other concerns had I been given the opportunity. During our communication, compensation was also requested, though I remained focused on finding a solution and correcting any issues that could be addressed during your stay. I take cleanliness seriously and regularly receive positive feedback from guests regarding both the condition of the property and my responsiveness as a host. I appreciate you acknowledging the location and thank you for staying with us.
