Welcome to your Playoff Stay in Wrigleyville (GO CUBS)! Just 2 minutes from Wrigley Field, this 4BR home is perfect for game days or group getaways. Enjoy 3 lounges (poker den, billiards room & living area), a chefâs kitchen, and rare onsite garage parking. Cozy up by the private firepit patio after the game. Sleeps 4 beds + 2 twin rollaways (advance request). Fast Wi-Fi, Roku TVs, and the best of Chicago nightlife just steps away.
We want you to feel right at home. While we give guests full privacy, weâre always just a message away if you need anything â from quick answers to local recommendations. If weâre in town, weâre happy to assist in person. Our goal is to make your stay smooth, comfortable, and 5-star worthy.
Guests will have private access to the entire second-floor flat, including 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living and dining areas, a full kitchen, and the poker lounge.
Keyless Entry
The home is equipped with a keyless lock system for convenient check-in.

Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM â 7:00 AM. Three verified noise complaints from neighbors may result in a $300 fine.
Check-In & Check-Out
Check-In: Begins at 4:00 PM. Early check-in before 2:00 PM may be available with approval and rush cleaning fee.
Check-Out: 11:00 AM. Late check-outs require prior approval; unapproved late check-outs may incur a full-night charge.
Damage & Maintenance
Please report any cleaning concerns, damages, or issues within 24 hours of arrival. Prompt reporting allows us to resolve issues quickly. Failure to report may result in fees if damages are later found.
