- This is a Pole House (built on stilts). These types of houses are built to have flexibility and move with the wind. That said, you will notice movement on a regular basis. Our kids love it! Though it does take a day to get used to. 😏

Perfect-sized hide away

Location and size were perfect for my needs. Although it was too chilly to spend time on the beach the proximity was as advertised, very close. Lovely little place with everything we needed. Would definitely stay again.

Scroggins Family

This is our 3rd visit to the area. We love the neighborhood, proximity to the beach and the intracoastal water way as well as the views. The house was very comfortable for four adults and an infant. We had plenty of room for a pack n play and baby bouncer! Everything was clean which made our stay very comfortable! Justin was very timely with communication which made oir check-in and check-out process easy. We highly recommend this property. Great experience!

Beautiful House

This is a new house so everything is in great shape, beautifully decorated in a quiet neighborhood. The construction noise is barely heard. Very well stock with towels, bathroom essentials and kitchen and laundry soap. If you plan to access the beach by car you have to drive a little because the one access across the neigborhood is not appropriate for cars or atv's. Justin will answer your messages promptly. We had a great time!

I’m so happy you are considering staying at one of our favorite places. My family and I are from the Chattanooga/North Georgia area. We currently live in Ooltewah, which is Cherokee for “owls nest”. Though I am positive that I haven’t seen an owl or an owl nest in the 7+ years we have lived here.
We are really involved in our church. Ultimately the main goal is to Love God and Love people.

In the evening, enjoy the open-concept living area, fully equipped kitchen, charcoal grill, and indoor/outdoor seating. Or take a 7 minute drive into town for one of the famous Texas food trucks!

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

No neighbors on the north side of the house makes for some of the most beautiful views of the barges past by on the Intercoastal waterway. Especially at Sunset! Direct from the front porch. If that wasn’t amazing enough, you can also watch the Sunrise over the Gulf of Mexico from the back of the house. ☀️ We also love loading up the wagon and walking to the beach for some sun and fun. :)
