THINGS TO NOTE
This is apartment living. The rental is located in a 5 unit mixed use building consisting of 4 apartments and a boutique business.

Guests will have to walk up 5 exterior steps and a flight of stairs to access the apartment.

It has recently been fully remodeled. Due to the structure's age (built in the 1940's) and our choice of wood flooring, noise may travel.

Quiet hours are from 10PM - 7am.

Not suitable for individuals with mobility challenges due to the high-profile bed, clawfoot tub and stair access.

Not suitable for young children due to sharp objects and other safety concerns.

We request assistance of our guests during winter to keep the exterior landing safe by sprinkling salt when necessary.
