The bright, cheerful kitchen features a vintage farm sink, bold red cabinets and everything you need for a comfortable stay including a full-size refrigerator, stove, microwave, and coffee essentials. The sunny breakfast nook is the perfect spot for two to enjoy a peaceful meal.

The living spaces are designed for comfort and relaxation, with cozy furnishings and plenty of natural light. You’ll also find a comfortable bedroom, clean bathroom, and all the essentials you need to feel right at home.

There are 3 steps to get into the house in front and also in the back.

The annex is about a minute walk to the historic Jay covered bridge, which spans the east branch AuSable river great for fishing and swimming.

We are located in the heart of the Adirondack mountains great for fishing, hiking, biking, skiing.

Gas and groceries are about 5 to 15 minutes away.

We are also next to the Jay village green, where The JEMS theater has outdoor summer concerts every Saturday night July through August .

The Annex is also along the Ironman Triathlon route
