ABOUT THE SPACE
This fully equipped 1 BD/1 BA (plus a queen sofa bed) is an enchanting retreat for couples, friends, business professionals and solo travelers.

My dream was to capture the nostalgic feeling of a walk in the woods in interior design form. From the earthy lighting to the antique writing table, everything has been carefully selected and crafted. The highlight is the European wet room with floor to ceiling tile meant to mimic showering in the outdoors.

THINGS TO NOTE
This is apartment living. The rental is located in a 5 unit mixed use building consisting of 4 apartments and a boutique business.

Guests will have to walk up 5 exterior steps to access the apartment.

It has recently been partially renovated. Due to the structure's age (built in the 1940's) and our choice to preserve the original wood flooring, noise may travel.

Quiet hours are from 10PM - 7am.

Not suitable for individuals with mobility challenges due to the narrow doorways, clawfoot tub and stair access.

Not suitable for young children due to sharp objects and other safety concerns.

We request assistance of our guests during winter to keep the exterior landing safe by sprinkling salt when necessary.

I'm always accessible and love meeting guests. I welcome in person conversation, but am equally respectful of guests that prefer privacy.

When in Lake Placid you can often find me at my studio located on street level in the same building.

When traveling, I respond quickly to messages, texts and calls and my property managers are available locally.
