This is a nice unit with a full kitchen. The bed is comfortable. There were some issues with wifi but the property manager addressed this quickly. Overall it was a good place to stay and we had no problem parking at the park across the street.
Small but well equipped apartment. Close to Waikiki Beach, Honolulu Downtown, Diamond Head, etc. Good parking facilities nearby. Easy check-in and good communication with Mark.
This building is a nice and quiet place to stay just outside of Waikiki but within walking distance. It took some walking, but we made it to concerts at both The Shell and the Blue Note.
This is the second property in this building that my family and I have stayed in, both were hosted by Mark. The location is unbeatable, right on the water and at the foot on Diamond Head. Close to enough to Waikiki proper to walk, but far enough away to have some peace and quiet.
Mark is always an outstanding host! Communication is easy and Mark is extremely helpful. My family and I travel to Hawaii every year and we look forward to stay here again!
Cute & Cozy Studio Apartment in an Excellent location!
I felt like I was staying in a "Retro Beach Surf Shack" which I REALLY Liked! I LOVED the kitchen & bathroom natural wood countertops! The kitchen was very well stocked with every quality utensil & appliance necessary to cook yummy meals. There was a nice dresser to unpack and put away clothes. The sofa & Futon was very comfortable, and perfect for me to sit back, prop my feet up, and get some work done on my computer. And it was so nice having a big sliding glass door to open and allow the trade winds to flow through, and the sun to shine in. Though I'm not a fan of the color black, especially in a bathroom, and a beach house, it was ok, since this cute place had so many things I liked. I am definitely NOT computer savvy, therefore, I had great difficulty getting in touch with the property manager through VRBO email. However, I was finally able to communicate through texts, and the manager and staff were really nice. I enjoyed my stay, and would definitely return in the future.
Our son is a freshman at University of Hawaii so we came for a visit. Waikiki is a little too crazy for our style of travel so it was so nice to find this condo just off Diamond Head. The views are incredible and the upgrades to the studio made it a very comfortable space. We also loved the option of going for a snorkel every morning right off the property. We hope to return to this place in future visits!
The location of this unit is wonderful - lovely views of the beach and mountains. However, the level of cleanliness and quality of amenites provided was not as high as other places we've rented. There is plenty of free parking available, so there's no need to pay the extra $30 a day for parking.
The coming and going views were terrific. The fold out couch had to be braced with cushions to prevent collapsing under the weight of a 90 pound 13 year old. The price was very reasonable for the location on the sea wall with stairs to snorkeling and within a half mile walk to a fabulous swimming and playing beach.
Loved being here on the gold coast, with access to the ocean, parks, restaurants and shopping (and far enough out of the zoo of Waikiki)!
* please note that windows and screens were dirty, and the screen in the bathroom is not on the window. They are difficult to open as well. We couldnât get the local news or TV which wouldâve been nice especially in an emergency. It wouldâve been really nice to have some place to hang a few of our clothes. Overall would love to stay again and appreciate the property! Glad we paid for parking as it was really helpful! Mahalo!
We had an absolute terrible experience at that location. We will never use the services again due to our experience. When we arrived, they told us the room was ready to check in when we open the door. The place was an absolute disaster and had not been cleaned yet! We had to leave and come back over an hour later. The property manager was absolutely rude, inconsiderate. We will probably never use these services again to do to this experience.
Beautiful and well appointed apartment. The owner attended to every possible need. Lovely views, close to but away from most of the city noise. Will definitely return to this lodging if available. Thank you for an amazing stay.
