This newly renovated studio offers stunning views of the city, ocean, and Ala Wai Canal from your lanai (balcony). Just a short walk from the warm sands and turquoise waters of one of the worldâs most famous beaches, youâll be perfectly situated for your Hawaiian getaway.
As you enter, youâll find a comfortable and inviting space. The studio features two queen-size beds with new Beautyrest PressureSmart 2.0 Plush Mattresses, ensuring a restful nightâs sleep after a day of island adventures.  For your entertainment, thereâs a 75â Toshiba Smart TV, perfect for enjoying your favorite shows and movies. The kitchenette is equipped with a stovetop with two burners, a microwave, and a mini-refrigerator, making it easy to prepare meals or store your favorite snacks and beverages.
One of the highlights of this studio is the spacious balcony, where you can soak up the warm Hawaiian sun and enjoy the beautiful views. Itâs the perfect spot for your morning coffee or to unwind in the evening with a glass of wine. Additionally, the full bathroom includes a convenient tub and shower combo for your comfort and relaxation.
In addition to its prime location and modern amenities, the Island Colony offers a range of fantastic facilities for you to enjoy during your stay. - There is an hourly Car Rental via Drive Hui - 2 stalls located within the Island Colony parking structure.
- There is a Bicycle Rental via Biki - Rental station across the street from the Hotel, on Seaside and Ala Wai Avenue.
- There is also a car rental company located on the 1st floor.

HOW TO GET HERE:
From Honolulu Airport, it is just a 20-minute drive from your destination. Rent a car to explore or grab a taxi for around $45, depending on traffic. Look for signs on the way to the taxi area upon arrival. Enjoy your trip!

Check out: any time before or at 10:00 AM
Regarding early check-ins or late checkouts, weâre unable to confirm those requests at the moment. If youâd like to ensure you can either check in early or check out late, weâd suggest booking an extra night. STARTER SUPPLIES:
We provide a welcome starter supply kit stocked with - one pack of coffee grounds, coffee filters, toilet paper, paper towel, tissue, can liners, salt & pepper, spray oil, laundry detergent, dish soap, sponge, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, body lotion, and bar soap. Please note that this is only a starter supply to make sure you have everything you need upon arrival.
HOUSEKEEPING:
Our professional housekeeping team has strict procedures and checklists to guarantee constant quality across all our properties. All linens and towels are professionally cleaned with scent-free detergent and high-temperature washing (180F). Our trained inspectors also check everything before each arrival.

The cleaning fee includes all of the services listed above and restocking for amenities after each departure. There will be an extra charge if excessive cleaning is necessary. Thank you for your understanding.Â
LINENS & TOWELS:
You will receive one set of towels (bath towel, hand towel, washcloth, beach towel) per guest. Beds are equipped with a fitted sheet, two flat sheets, and a blanket. Linens for the sleeper sofa are on the sofa mattress, and pillows and blankets are in the closet.
BEACH ESSENTIALS:
Weâve got beach towels, chairs, and an umbrella ready for you in the unit so you can enjoy some fun in the sun. If youâd like a beach mat or snorkeling gear, just let us knowâweâre happy to provide them upon request!
LAUNDRY ROOMS:
There is a laundry room on the 6th floor with coin and credit-card-operated washers and dryers. A single pack of laundry detergent is provided in your starter supply kit.
TRASH ROOM:

Getting Around:
There is a very good bus system on the island, all buses are stopping in Waikiki. This building has a public parking garage ($35 per 24 hours), payable directly at the parking garage. Rates are subject to change.
Please note: current daily rate of $35 is valid for 24 hours. If the vehicle stays longer than 24 hours without paying for additional time, $50 fine will apply.
